A/N: I based this chapter off of the anime mostly so sorry if it's bad. Again, I do no own nanatsu no taizai

"Gem! A little help here!" King yelled at me as he held his nose.
I smirked then flicked my wrist sending Ban flying back. Ban slammed into a tree and he growled.
"Hey I thought we were on the same side!" Ban groaned.
"Yeah but I'm on everyone's side. Stop teasing him though. If anything I should be teasing him! I caught more game than him and I'm a girl." I motioned to my large pile of deer.
"Impressive." Ban smirked.
"I try." I flicked hair off my shoulder.
King groaned.
"Didn't you guys catch plenty already anyways?"
"No way! As punishment, go catch something even more awesome, King." Ban said.
"Wha?" King looked at him confused.
"If you do, Diane might think you're pretty impressive, buddy." Ban smirked, trying to get him to do the task.
King cleared his throat.
"Guess... I have to then." He said seriously.
I tensed when he said that. I don't know why but I got this feeling that I couldn't explain. Like I wanted to be the one Ban was talking about instead of Diane... Hmm... Just when I thought things weren't going well, a loud noise echoed off in the distance. I levitated next to King and we all stared in the direction of the odd noise.
"What was that?" I asked.
"Wasn't just some random bear growling." King pointed out.
"Whatever it is doesn't sound too friendly." Ban stated.
"It totally sounded like Hawk's moaning and groaning whenever he has the runs." Meliodas said with a serious face.
I raised an eyebrow at him. Of course he said that. Sounded like Meliodas. I rolled my eyes. Boys... Ban laughed and hit King on his back playfully. King's eyes widened in surprise and he glared at Ban.
"What was that for?!" He basically yelled.
"I guess we oughta take a look." Meliodas said, ignoring the other two.
We all sped through the forest fast for a few minutes, following the strange loud noise. We all stopped when we reached an opening. Dead soldiers' bodies laid all over the floor. Lots of them were cut and bleeding a lot. My eyes widened.
"Over there!" Meliodas pointed.
We all rushed over to a guy who was barely alive.
"Hey! Try to hang on!" Meliodas said, holding onto the guy's hand.
I gasped and my eyes started to water. I gripped my head and memories of my ruined city came to mind. I fell to the ground and held my head in pain, screaming.
"Gemminia!" King flew to my aid.
"I can't take it... Can't take it... Can't take it..." I whispered under my breath, my body shaking uncontrollably.
I couldn't hear what the dying soldier said but as soon as his breathing disappeared from the air, my breathing got faster and louder. I covered my ears and shook my head.
"Make it stop. Make it stop. Make it stop!" I cried.
King was holding my hand trying to calm me but I could tell he was surprised by whatever the man said.
"Did he say armor giant?" King asked.
I sat up with my eyes closed and my breathing calmed a bit. My head was spinning and I hear every other word they said.
"Um... Guys... I'd love to be surprised with you but if we're heading off, can somebody guide me please? I can't open my eyes unless I- WHOA!" Somebody grabbed my hand and we were rushing through the air.
At least that's what it felt like. We were going pretty fast so the situation must've been serious. I knew they were exchanging words but my head was pounding too much for me to listen. After a few minutes, they became quiet as we continued then through my closed eyes, I saw a bright light. We were probably coming up to another clearing. A loud roar came and I tensed. We were close. The person holding my hand stopped and my heart pounded.
"A-are we gone from the soldiers on the ground...?" I asked the person.
"We're far from them now." I heard King say.
I blinked my eyes open and I was surprised to see King was holding my hand. My face burned and I looked at the ground. Well that's embarrassing...
"You okay?" He asked, with a soft expression.
"Y-yeah... I just..." I sighed, "I feel childish now." I balled my fists.
"Well, I need you to stay here. I want you to be safe, okay?" King smiled sweetly, letting go of my hand and floated to Ban and Meliodas.
"Wait what?! No wait! King!" I stared at him, shocked.
I watched as the three of them jumped in front of a huge thing of armor. Meliodas yelled something, glaring at the Holy Knights in front of him. My eyes widened and I hid behind a tree, observing. I eyed them as the sins and the knights stared at each other intensely. I contemplated in confusion until my eyes widened when a young boy with green hair showed up. Everybody looked at the boy bewildered. I did too. He seemed to be talking to the giant armored thing. After an exchange went on, the thing started to attack and I gasped. I shouldn't be afraid for them because I knew they had it. I just didn't want them getting hurt. I cared for them deeply. I gripped onto the tree. King told me to stay there so I had too... They all started attacking each other: the armored giant vs the sins vs the Holy Knights. That was an unfair battle. I bit my lip. The battle continued and I saw King get caught in a trap of lightning ropes.
"King..." I whispered with wide eyes.
Ban tried to knock a guy out whom was an archer on top of a tall rock but he disappeared. You idiot... I slammed my fist into the tree I was hiding behind. A bright light came from the archer's arrow and he shot it towards the giant. A white light set off and I gasped. I covered my mouth, speechless. When the light died down again, the green haired boy's hand was holding the arrow in his hand and his clothes were ripped. That should've been impossible but it was completely impressive. Everyone was staring at the strange boy and his hair changed from green to pink. I blinked and rubbed my eyes to make sure I was seeing things right. I looked at his chest and I made out a tattoo. A sin tattoo... It looked almost like... I gazed and saw them all just talking now, well at least the sins. I looked up at King and saw him change forms, breaking the trap. I raised an eyebrow.
"You lost, little lady?" I heard a male voice say behind me.
I grabbed my sword, swinging it just in time. I glared at the guy as our swords stayed clashed together.
"If you're going to sneak up on a girl like that, it's not smart to talk."
"Well you're an impressive one? Why are you hiding? Scared you'll lose that battle?" He asked with a spine-chilling tone.
"That's mighty rude to underestimate a girl like that." I stated then we clashed swords.
I used my own strength and did speed attacks. His eyes widened as he tried to keep up. But he laughed and stood at a fighting stance a bit from me after I pushed him into the clearing a bit.
"Cute. Where'd you learn that move from?" He smirked.
"Shut up and just fight me, you bastard!" I yelled and swung my sword.
He kept scooting back and somehow we ended up in the middle of where the others were. I turned around and swung my sword under his, making it fly through the air. I stared at him as I caught his sword, pointing both at his chest as my breathing was then audible.
"You done trying to beat a girl?" I asked, glaring at him even more.
"Oh hey there, Gem!" Meliodas said, cheerfully waving.
I looked at them. I smiled sweetly then turned back to the guy. I kicked him in the stomach then stuck our swords in the ground. I grabbed his arm and flipped him over, making him groan in pain.
"You done getting your ass kicked?" A man said.
I looked up and saw a guy in a mask and a saw weapon. I nodded at him in acknowledgement. I grabbed my sword, putting it back in my quiver, then levitated next to King, crossing my legs and putting my hands behind my head.
"Sorry. Proceed." I shrugged.
The giant roared and his armor flew off. I jumped a bit because I didn't realize there was still the monster.
"You felt this magical power first hand. Still think you can defeat him?" The pink haired boy asked.
"That's right. I'll admit that two of us, no make that one, will surely die. But we'll surely claim this one's head too." The saw man said.
"A coolheaded assessment. I have no choice then." The pink haired boy raised his hand.
The giant's head came clean off. We all stared at the boy in shock.
"What...?" I mumbled.
The giant fell onto the ground and I turned to the boy. He held out the head to the Holy Knights and my eyes widened.
"Take it with you." He said.
"What are you doing?" The masked man asked, saying exactly what was on my mind.
"It's the most peaceful way of resolving this. If a three way battle were to occur between us now, the aftermath would mean the inevitable annihilation of Ordan's villagers below. And this way, the knights who perished wouldn't have died in vain."
I didn't pay attention after that. I closed my eyes and pretended to listen. When I heard the pink haired boy say 'tata', my eyes shot open. We all looked at each other addled.
"I'm kinda surprised. It looked like you had a little sympathy for this monster." I said, since I was half listening.
"Who's this?" the pink haired boy pointed to me.
"Oh that's Gemminia! Gem, this is Gowther. She's hanging out with us for a while." Meliodas said.
"Please to meet you Gowther, goat sin of lust. It's an honor." I smiled.
"I suppose..." Gowther put a finger to his chin.
"Huh?"
"Have we met before?" He looked at me, curiously.
"I don't think so..."
"You seem familiar for some odd reason... Anyways, was I sympathizing with him?"
I blinked at him. This guy... Meliodas and Gowther had a little conversation that I zoned out until something caught my attention.
"There's a faint odor wafting from the very depths of his magical power. He was very likely human once."
"Huh?"
"Human?" King exhaled with wide eyes.
I stared at the monster, my eyes widening as it began to move. King changed forms and yelped.
"Well then, let's try to contain him, the five of us." Gowther took off his ripped clothing, revealing a whole other outfit under.
"Hold on. What's going on here?" Meliodas asked.
"As I said, the chaos would've been extreme if we clashed in a three way battle."
"You... You chopped off his head but he's still alive!" King almost led screamed.
"Yes, it was already ornamental anyway."
"What part of him was once human then?" I asked with crossed arms, staring at the monster.
"This is really weird!" King sweated.
"Naturally, he was no ordinary human. That's the shell of a former Holy Knight."
The monster roared. I looked at it to see it had four monster faces sticking out of his chest and in the middle of the four heads, I saw a man.
"Oh dear..." I muttered.
"A shell of a Holy Knight?" King asked, back in his normal form, both feet on the ground.
"I'm sure you sensed it. Drifting along the torrent of evil magical power is the great power of a Holy Knight. In able to suppress this incredibly evil force, I had him wear my armor. But after repeated damage to it, the seal was broken."
"So that's what's going on." Meliodas lifted up his arms, "Well he doesn't exactly seem like the kind of guy you can reason with."
The monster roared and tried to attack us. I flew back and landed with both feet on the ground, glaring up at the thing.
"Let's do this!" Meliodas yelled, going to attack the giant.
"Right!" Ban ran right behind him.
They tried using physical punches and kicks but it only made the thing even madder. It punched them, sending them flying through the air. Luckily, chastiefol caught them. I sighed in relief. King chuckled with a smirk, floating in the air with his arms behind his head and legs crossed.
"Come on guys! When you go into battle, you should see how your opponent strikes first!" King exclaimed.
"Aww shut up, King!" Ban flipped him off from chastiefol's teddy bear embrace.
"It's so fluffy!" Meliodas cheered happily.
Aww he's a cutie. I giggled as I flew next to them. King made a whole speech on chastiefol and said something about it being highly fire resistant. But I'm guessing the monster understood that because it shot ice from its mouth, aiming it at chastiefol. It punched the frozen teddy giant, breaking it into a billion pieces.
"But it isn't so great against the cold." I smirked at King.
Ban chuckled.
"NOOO!" King freaked out.
"Hey Gowther, it's your turn next!" Meliodas yelled.
"My glasses clouded over." Gowther grabbed his glasses and examined them, walking the opposite way of the monster, "You four hold him off for a little while."
"What the hell?" I raised an eyebrow.
I sighed then grabbed my bow.
"Guess it's my turn." I flew into the air and aimed my bow at the monster, "Explosive arrow!"
I shot it at the thing and a loud boom sounded. I floated to the ground, watching to see what happens when the dust cleared. When the dust was gone, I saw the monster on the ground. I smirked.
"Knocked over!" I danced a little.
As soon as I said that, the monster got up. I groaned and walked in the direction Gowther went in.
"I give up." I swung the bow back around my shoulder.
"What? That doesn't sound like you!" Ban said.
"Yeah, but you're the boys. The ladies were supposed to go first but you boys went first. So I'll just watch you. You told me to stay out of it anyways didn't you, King?" I smirked at him.
"You idiot!" Ban grabbed his sweater and shook him.
"Hey I just wanted her to be safe!" King waved his hands around.
The monster punched where we were and we moved back. I groaned as my back hit a tall rock. I saw Meliodas run towards the monster and start to attack it through my blurry vision. The acid that shot out of its mouth hit me and I got flown back, hitting the ground harder.
"Gemminia!" Ban and King yelled.
"My skin is burning... HOLY SHIT MY SKIN IS BURNING!" I screamed and ran to find the nearest source of water.
"Gem?" King asked confused.
"I'll be fine! I'll meet you back at the- AH- Boar Hat!" It started to sink deeper.
I used enhanced speed to run to the nearest body of water. As soon as I saw one, I immediately dove in. My legs turned into a tail for the first time in a while and my skin started to heal right away. I sighed in relief, closing my eyes as I slowly fell asleep.
