My eyes shot open and I sat up immediately. I stood up, looking around and groaned. Elizabeth was gone. I punched the cement wall, making a small hole. A felt a presence behind me and I balled my fists.
"Where did you bring us?" I asked then turned to the lady.
It was the same girl with the reddish dress and armored face. She chuckled hideously and I swore she smirked underneath the armor.
"Hmm... Who are you? You don't look like much. Hendrickson never said anything about there being two girls." She said.
"What did you do with Elizabeth, armored face?!" I growled.
She put a hand over her chest as if she was hurt by my words. It wasn't even a good comeback...
"That stung! Well, she's being kept somewhere safe. You don't need to get in the way."
I glared at her then punched her in the stomach, sending her flying through the cement wall. She groaned in pain and I almost laughed. I took that chance to freeze the door and break it. Once the ice was in pieces on the ground, I ran down the hallway quietly. I heard voices coming then reached for my sword. I cursed under my breath when I realized I had dropped it in the tavern. I quickly grabbed my bow then hid behind a wall. I waited till they were halfway down the corridor to shoot at them. I knocked out all three guards then ran down the way they came. My eyes widened when five guards turned towards me, their swords at ready. I smirked then took one step forward and speed ran until I came to the top of a staircase. I looked around the large royal looking hallway to see if the coast was clear. Once I knew it was, I went to the window. I felt a tingling feeling rush through my body and my eyes widened to see all the way on the other side of the city was a bunch of Holy Knights getting their asses kicked. It has to be the other sins. I sighed in relief but what confused me was that I didn't see Diane. Where was she?
I jumped out the window and flew around the humongous castle to see if I could see Elizabeth anywhere. After about ten minutes, Holy Knights spotted me. I rolled my eyes.
"Give me a break." I muttered then grabbed my bow, "Explosive Arrow!" I shot a few arrows at them and they all exploded.
Some Holy Knights that survived looked at me with wide eyes and shook in fear with their weapons still at aim. Others looked even angrier.
"So that's how you want to play?" I smirked then floated a good distance from then with my hands on my hips.
"Blizzard." I rose my hands in a swirling motion then held my palm out in front of my mouth and blew gently.
A large icy wind flew straight at them. Some of them froze into ice statues from the coldness, some got shot through their body with ice crystals. Either way, they were out of my way. I landed in front of a few that were on a different story and grabbed the closest to me by the shirt. I brought him up and his eyes widened, his body shaking like crazy.
"Where are you guys hiding Elizabeth?! Tell me now or I'll kill all of you!" I glared at the guy.
"I-I don't know a-anything! I s-swear!" The guy put his hands up in defense, his voice squeaking.
I looked over the edge of the wall and saw the drop was far. I smirked.
"That fall looks about five hundred feet to the ground." I looked up at him, "Wouldn't want to fall down there now, would we?"
His eyes widened and he started struggling but I just watched him.
"Tell me with a non-shaky voice and your body won't get thrown over, got it?" I said sweetly, bringing him closer to my face.
"I have no idea about the whereabouts of Princess Elizabeth." He said a bit calmer.
"Good... You're free to go then..." I set him down and he sighed in relief.
I walked a few feet away but stopped when I heard the sound of a sword being brought out of its sheath. I snickered as I closed my eyes, looking at the floor.
"That's cute! You think you can pull a sword on me after you've seen what I could do. What a shame. I didn't want to do this." I stared at the sky and without looking, I flung my wrist back, sending all the men flying off the castle wall.
A loud crash sound echoed and I turned my head to the right. I moved my blowing hair out of my face and my eyes widened. I saw King's body being thrown to the ground by some giant root thing. I flew fast to the scene and I looked at the ground. I covered my mouth to keep myself from screaming as I saw King's limp body on the ground. Next to him was a bubble containing... Diane and Gowther. The two looked as bad as King did. I couldn't stand the sight. Three other people, a little boy, a girl and a guy were also there. Who were they? I slowly floated down to King and I brought his head into my lap. His honey colored eyes opened up slightly and he smiled softly, touching my cheek.
"G-Gemminia..." He mumbled.
"Who did this to you?" I whispered, running my fingers through his hair.
I heard a guy's laughter and I looked up, glaring at the guy. The guy was wearing a green shirt with an orange flower-looking tie. His hair was a blondish-green and he had wings. This guy is a fairy like Elaine? I carefully sent King down then stood up with balled fists.
"How pathetic! Does King have another little girlfriend?! Or does she love him and he doesn't love her back?! This is so juicy!" He laughed.
"No... Gemminia don't..." King winced.
"Did you do this?" I stared at the ground, my hair blowing and hiding my eyes.
"Who else, princess?! Don't act like a stupid girl." The fairy boy said.
Nobody calls me stupid. I floated to his level and my hair wrapped around me. My outfit changed into the same one the sins saw the first (well second) time they met me. My black leather jacket was back and my bandages that wrapped around my chest and arms. My khaki shorts were there too and my black boots. I smirked. Oh he's about to be in for a beating.
"Gemminia!" King yelled and I heard something fly through the air.
I caught whatever it was and saw it was my sword. My expression softened and I looked down at King to see him with an expressionless face.
"I don't have time for games, princess." The blonde said.
I glared at him then threw my sword at him. His eyes widened and he squeaked as he barely avoided it.
"Hey! I wasn't ready!" He pouted.
I ignored his whining and flicked my wrist in multiple motions as we clash swords. This reminded me of when I was fighting with King and chastiefol in spear form. His green sword separated into little flying discs and I flung my wrist in a circle to make the sword fly around me, blocking all the discs from hitting me. At some point, he tried to fling me back but I brought my hands out and pushed the air back at him. It didn't do much but fling him back a bit. I raised my hand then slashed it across the air, making the boy crash into a building.
"Come back out here and fight me, you twerp!" I shouted at the fairy.
He barely got up, swinging his sword to strike me, but my sword blocked the attack again. Suddenly, a force from my right side knocked me into the nearest building. I crashed through the cement wall and groaned, my body starting to ache.
"G-Gemminia! No!" I saw King get up then him.
The blondish-green haired fairy said something to piss off King which led them to fight. I sat up, my arms shaking a bit and I grit my teeth. I stood up and wiped the small amount of blood that was coming from my mouth. I snickered as I dusted myself off.
"I thought I smelled a rat." I smirked up at the person floating just a few feet away from the building.
"Sup, little sis."
