CH 23 LOVE

I walked into the coffee shop after a hectic day Friday

All the week I didn't see Ashton
Maybe he was too angry or maybe he didn't want me anymore so I didn't bother calling him or disturb him
If he can ignore me and show attitude then I can too!

I am not his usual set of girls who world fall on his feet and ask for forgivness just because I hurted his feelings! He should understand too that this is all bloody new for me and all of sudden I am bombarded with all of werewolves stuff
If he can't respect that then why should I care about him!
But I wonder what is making him so busy for one week
Maybe his girlfriend - wait he doesn't have a girlfriend he said
Maybe he was lying

Suddenly I collided with a man's back
I looked up to see him turn and suddenly he attacked new with a hug "Rachel!"
I recognized the voice and hugged him back "Hi, David!"
When he withdrew his hand and greeted me with his smile I asked him "What are you doing here?"

"I...Umm...I came to meet Angela..." he referred behind him with the help of his thumb
"Hi, Rach" I saw a blushing Angela behind the counter
"Hi" I greeted her back and looked at David "Can I speak to you?"
"Yeah sure" he smiled
"Outside the shop" I cleared
He turned and took Angela's hand to kiss then said "I will be back soon, babe"
She nodded eagerly

I rolled myself and walked towards the door with David following my footsteps
"What is going on between you two?" I asked him as we stepped out
"You know... The...well... " he stammered bit I cut him
"In clear English it's called?"
He sighed then answered "Love"
"What! I thought you liked Nora!" I exclaimed
"What!? No! Nora is like my sister, Rach! What made you think that? " he asked
"You know, the way you were always possessive about her and the way you acted with her" I reasoned
"No, Rach. And plus a brother is also very possessive! I love... Angela" he smiled dreamily "And I had so damn many girlfriends infront of Nora! If I had liked her then I wouldn't have had that and asked her out unlike Eric - oops" he brought his hand to his mouth and looked at me
"I know" I sighed

"What! You do? Finally that scared kitten grew courage and asked you out?" he asked
"No, Sam told me! And who other then you two know about it?" I asked
"Everyone. But Eric doesn't know that we know. He only knows that Sam knows"

"What!" I cried out
Everyone knew and nobody told me! Why? They shouldn't keep this big thing from me!
I ignored it and looked at David who was looking inside the coffee shop and smiling
"I thought you came to meet me and I was so happy" he looked at me and I took the imaginary tear drops and threw it on the road

"Drama queen" he came and hugged me "You know I love you more than any girlfriend I'll ever have or had"
"That's my best friend" I laughed and hugged him back
"Though I think she is the last girlfriend I'll have. I really love her. I am gonna ask her to marry me tonight "
I went back and looked at him to see if he is serious about it and his smile conformed it
"Hollywood actor and coffee shop girl together - perfect romantic couple" I teased him
"That reminds me I signed a movie opposite Amanda Seyfried"
"Woah! Congrats buddy! She is too hot! I hope you can control yourself for Angela"
"Ofcourse! I won't mess this beautiful thing" he grinned
"C'mon let's go inside"

We walked in and David took her to a "special date" - that is what he told her
I got a call from Estella that she won't be able to make it to work today and Rose and Edwin, manager of this coffee house, are busy so I'll be working alone
Hours passed by with me working alone
The crowd was less so it was easy for me to Control
It was dark now and I had to clean the kitchen also

This is so the starting of a haunted night where the girl is alone and the ghost comes
Or some creepy murderer steps in
God! I need to calm down! Think about chocolates! Those beautiful melting dark brown bitter thing
I saw a man enter the shop with his buddy of same age
He looked at me and motioned his friend to look at me
I think I have seen them somewhere
They smiled at me and advanced towards me
I walked behind the counter and faked a smiled
"Welcome to Eternity Coffee Rosters" that was the name of our coffee shop "What would you like to have?"
"You know what we would love to have" the first guy smiled flirting-ly at me
"He means coffee" the other guy answered and rolled his eyes at his friend "Plain exprsso for three, please"

After giving them what they wanted I started cleaning the counter
I jingling sound alarmed me to look at the door to see those blue eyes directly looking into me after one week
I took a deep shaky breathe and calmed myself
He looked at me and smirked walking towards those two guys and sitting donw with them I looked down and continued cleaning and went to kitchen and started cleaning it didn't take me long since I had cleaned most of it I walked out to see that blue eyed monster leaning against the counter with his friends or whatever still sitting there
