Ch 35 CAUGHT-BEFORE-FLYING

"Just stay next to me" Ashton said as we entered the room "there are some people who are crazy here. You need to watch out"
"Okay okay" I said, annoyed
The whole two hours of program I met different people and Ashton introduced almost everyone to me. I had to admit it was boring because I didn't know anyone but I had Ashton. I found out a lot of things about him that night. Like his favorite sport is basketball, he was a very stubborn and naughty kid and many other things. It was actually a fun night.

It's been months since that night now.

And it's Friday today. You know what I do on some Friday nights. Yep,I was sneaking out today. And although I had found out in these months that Ashton is a great company I didn't call him tonight because I needed some lone time. I walked out of my room assuming everyone's asleep but saw my brother room door open and came back running to my room. This sneak out it's really important for me I wanted to clear something that was bothering me for almost a month now. But looks like I cannot use the main door to go. Maybe balcony and pipeline can be used. I walked to my balcony and looked down. I can do this. I put my legs around the railing while my hands were tightly gripping the railing
"Rachel!" A voice shouted and I lost my balance
My hands caught the edge of the floor while I looked at Ronald. I am caught before I could fly down to the floor. Anger was clearly visible in his eyes. I smiled at him.
"Come down this second! We need to talk" he said

Great!
Slowly releasing the grip, I landed on the ground then walked to him.
"Where are you going at this hour of night?" He demanded
If I tell him about my sneak our plan then he'll fry me dead. I have to lie!
"I...I was...am... wanted to go to Ashton's place because I... missing him a lot"

What! where did that come from? Never mind, maybe that could be a little less suspicious because I haven't seen himin a week!

"Really?" He eyed me
"Yeah"I stuck to my ground
"Then why are you jumping from your balcony like a robber? You could have asked me and I would have dropped you myself" he said
"It's that I wanted to give him a surprise and telling you would destroy that plan because then you would tell him" I lied again
"I wouldn't have done something like that if you would have warned me" he said
"Oh quit the chit chat and take me to Ashton's place"I said annoyed

I know my brother and he wouldn't stop until I reach Ashton's because he had a doubt on me.

"Hello, The Royal Beta" I heard Veronica's voice in dark
"The Royal Adelfí" Ron bowed his head towards her
"Hi, Ver" I waved at her
"Hey Rach" she then turned to my brother "what favour did you want from me?"

"Could you please drop Rachel to Ashton's place? I need to go sort things out between black stone pack and mageía pack" he begged her
"Those packs are such a nightmare" she rolled her eyes then she looked at me "C'mon, The Royal Regina, let's go to your mate"
We got into her car and she drove off. In less than two minutes we were in front of Ashton's penthouse. She lead me inside the elevator silently. We reached the last floor and she opened his penthouse door with a key she had.
"You won't come in?" I asked her quietly
"No, dear, I have some work" she smiled
"Thank you so much, bye" I smiled at her though this was the last place on earth I wanted to be.

I walked in with small steps because it was pitch dark. Actually, that was just another reason. I didn't want to go to Ashton right now. I wanted sort things, my feeling, out before being around him. And if I take any decision when he is around then it would defiantly be partial, in his favor. And it's such a big thing for me. After all, it's my first relationship, I don't want to mess this up. Why are feelings so complicated! Wait a minute, I can turn around and leave right now since according to Ron and Veronica I am with Ashton but according to Ashton I should in my dreamland.
