16. Back home.

He became really pale. I was expecting that but it didn't make me feel any better. He was staring at me but i couldn't read anything from his expression. And i became even more scared.

'' Denis, please say something.'' i said feeling my voice crack.

'' I-i need some air.'' he said getting out of the restaurant.

'' Fuck fuck fuck.'' i muttered.

I could feel myself panic. No, Alexis this is not the time to panic.

'' Denis!'' i screamed getting out of the restaurant after him.

When i got out he was standing next to the door with a cigarette in his hand. I hated when he smoked but i didn't ever stop him. When he saw me he threw it away and looked at me. This time i could read his expression, fear. I saw Denis snap, getting mad, sad, but never scared. He was always the one who knew how to control his feelings.

'' Alexis i don't know if i can do this. What if i'll be awful? What if i won't be here when you will need me? I don't know how to do this.''

'' I don't know either.''

He didn't say anything, he just looked at me.

'' Please don't leave me.'' i cried.

Then his expression changed.

'' Alexis i won't ever leave you. How could you think that?'' he said slowly taking my head in his hands wiping the tears off my face with his thumbs.

'' I'm scared.'' i whispered.

'' I am too. But we'll learn, together.''

'' Are you sure?''

'' Of course i am. I told you that i would do absolutely anything for you.'' he slightly smiled.

'' I would too.''

'' I love you. Both of you.'' he said kissing me.

'' We do too.''

Now we were back at our table and after our little moment of panic we became really happy.

'' Since when do you know?''

'' Today. While i was alone in the hotel room.''

'' How didn't i even consider it?''

'' I don't know.'' i laughed.

I bent over to my glass of wine but before i got to it Denis took it.

'' No alcohol for you.''

'' I can't believe you just did that.''

He raised an eyebrow looking straight at me.

'' I will not let you drink any alcohol.''

'' Okay, then you'll stop smoking.''

'' What? That's not fair.''

'' It is. If i can't have alcohol then you can't smoke.''

'' Yeah but i'm not carrying our baby.'' he said a smirk appearing on his face.

'' Fuck, i love you.''

'' I love you too beautiful.''

That night after the dinner we got back to the hotel and went to bed because we were both tired.

'' I hope i won't be sick tomorrow morning too.''

'' Even if you will i'll be here.'' Denis said pulling me closer to him and kissing my head.

'' We should think about names.''

'' Okay. Any ideas?''

'' If it's a girl, Harper?''

'' Hmm but what about Trixie?''

'' Trixie. I like it.'' i smiled even if it was dark and he couldn't see me.

'' And if it's a boy?''

'' Timothy.'' i said.

I always liked that name.

'' I love it.'' he said pressing a small kiss on my neck.

I fell asleep with Denis rubbing circles on my back.

Another week flew by and we were going back home. After that long as fuck flight we both couldn't wait to get back home. I missed Oregon, my friends and my mom.

After arriving in Oregon we got our luggage and we started walking through the airport searching for Ben and Hailey who came to greet us and take us home as our car was there.

'' Should we tell them?'' Denis asked.

'' No. I feel like we should tell everybody at the same time.''

'' Okay, i'm good with that.''

'' Are you tired?'' he continued.

'' I am. Can't wait to get home.''

'' Give me your luggage.''

'' I can hold it.''

'' I'm not letting you carry it. It's heavy.'' he said taking it from my hands.

'' I'm not even gonna fight with you about it right now.''

'' Good. I see them.''

'' Hi guys.'' we both said as Hailey and Ben came to hug us.

'' Wow mate, you're carrying everything. Let me help you.'' Ben said.

'' Yeah, Alexis isn't feeling too well.''

'' Are you okay?'' Hailey asked.

'' I'm fine don't worry.''

They left us home and we got right to sleep. I missed home.

'' You're gonna be a great dad. I know it.'' i said.

I couldn't see him and he didn't say anything but i could feel him smile and it made me happy.
