Chapter 17

I looked at May laying there, and I was so happy to see her. As I sat there, I grew more and more worried, because she hadn't woke up or moved yet. Soon after, Chase and Emmett walked in and walked up to me.

"Another one?" Emmett asked.

"Yeah, but not just anyone." I started.

"Ok, then who is it?"

"That's my sister."

"That's your sister?"

"Yeah, I'm so glad I get to see her again."

We watched her, and she started to wake up. She sat up and pulled an earpiece out of her ear. Chase took it and looked at it.

"It's broken." He said after looking at it.

"May, it's good to see you again." I said, as the excitement started to take over.

"Raley? I missed you so much." she said as she stood up to hug me.

"Who would have thought that we would both get picked in the drawing."

"Yeah. What does it look like?"

"Go out and find out." I said as I motioned to the door with my hand.

She walked to the door, and right before she went out, she looked back at me.

"I want to experience this with you by my side, will you walk out with me?"

"Sure." I said as I walked up to her.

"I'm about to see everything I've ever wanted to see in my whole life."

"It's long overdue, let's go."

We walked out the door, and her jaw dropped. She spun around in a circle as she looked around, trying to soak everything in at once.

"It's great, it's just how I imagined it." she said with bright eyes like a kid in a candy store.

"Really? Because I remember you imagining a lot of crazy stuff."

"Like what?"

"Like when you said it would rain candy and you would never be hungry."

"That was when I was like seven."

"Ok, Let's just walk around some more."

She walked around and I followed her while she was amazed at everything. After a while, she stopped and looked at me.

"Is there anything you want to show me?"

"What?"

"You could give me a tour."

"Ok, right this way." I said leading her around. "you're going to love this." I said as we walked past a small river."

"What's this?"

"You wanna know what real water tastes like?"

"Yes." she said as she got down on her knees and picked up some water in her hands. She brought her hands to her mouth and drank some. "That tastes great, it doesn't taste anything like that stuff we have on planet Xoon."

"I know it tastes good. So what else do you want to see?"

"I don't know, what else can you show me?"

"Do you want to see my house?"

"You have a house? Yeah I want to see it."

We walked to my house and I showed her inside. I showed her the bedrooms, and I showed her the kitchen and living room.

"You know, you're going to need to live somewhere."

"Yes I will."

"Well, why don't you live with me?"

"Ok, this will be great. I haven't seen you in so long and we can catch up and talk."

"Yeah, I missed you."

"Me too."

"Well, you're probably getting hungry so we should probably get to making dinner."

"Ok, I can help."

We got Chase and Emmett and made dinner then set the table. Everyone got their plates and sat down to eat. After dinner, Chase and Emmett went to their house and May and I went to bed.
