I walk down the stairs and into the living room to see Chris playing a video game. I smile at him then sit down. "Hey babe." he says pausing the video game.
"Hey. You don't have to pause your video game. Keep playing. I'll watch." I say sitting back.
"Nope. We need to talk. We have two things to talk about." he says smiling at me. I give him an odd look making him laugh. "The babies names! Duh!" he says. I laugh then nod my head.
"Okay... so I want them to have name you and I like. But... names that will make my Dad proud." I say laughing a little.
"Alright.... well this should be interesting." he says as he turns to me on the couch. I laugh at him and nod. He's right. Our kids names are going to be awesome.
"Alright... for the boy I was thinking batman related!" I say to him. He nods and smiles.
"Bruce?" he asks and I shake my head.
"No. I don't like that name. How about hmm." I say as I really start to think then it hits me. "How about Gotham Andrew Cruelli." I say smiling. Chris smiles at me with happy eyes.
"Gotham Andrew Cruelli." he says trying it out. "I love it!" he says leaning over and pecking my lips.
"Okay I got to name the boy. You name the girl." I say.
"Are you sure?" he asks me.
"Yes Chris." I say laughing a little. He goes into his thinking face and I smile at him. He looked really fucking cute. He looks up at me and smiles. "I think I have a name." he says biting his lip. He must be really nervous or think it is really good.
"Okay?" I ask. He takes a deep breath.
"Legacy. Legacy Quinn Cruelli. You know the Quinn is to stick with Batman." he says to me. I smile then jump into his lap. I kiss his face over and over.
"I love them!" I cheer happily.
"Gotham and Legacy Cruelli." he says looking into my eyes. I nos happily then lay my head on his shoulder. He runs my back slowly as we just sit there in the quite.
It was really peaceful. No one was there but us... oh and the babies. "I can't wait for them to be here." Chris say quietly.
"Neither can I." I say.
"Can I be honest though." he says. I pull away from him and look him in the eyes.
"What?" I asked scared. Did he not want these babies? What was going on.
"I'm scared." he says sighing. I just look at him for a minute.
"So am I." I say without thinking and to be honest. I really was. I'm scared that I'm not going to be a good Mom. Or that the kids are going to hate me.
"You shouldn't be. Everyone loves you. You're caring and sweet. I'm"
"You're loving and more than I deserve. You treat me like a queen at all times when sometimes I deserves to be treated as a slave. You make sure I am okay before yourself and when you look at my belly or see these two in the screen your eye fill with love. Your an amazing man and you are going to be an amazing daddy to these two." I say to him. Cutting off whatever bad thing he was about to say about himself.
He smiles at me as he grabs my face and kisses me. We kiss for a good minute before he pulls away. "And you are going to be an amazing Mommy." he says as he lays his forehead on mine.
"I love you." I say smiling. His face lights up with happiness.
"I love you too Dillon. More than you will ever know." he says to me. We sit there just looking into one another's eyes as we just sit there again.
All I see are his love filled brown eyes. That's all I see... and that all I want to see. I give out a happy sigh as I place my hands on my stomach. Then I feel the babies kick. My eyes go wide and Chris looks worried. "Are you okay?" he asks me.
"Y-yeah I'm fine. The babies just kicked." I say grabbing his hand and placing it where one of them was kicking. His eyes go wide and I smile. "Holly shit! They're really in there!" he says like a little child.
"Did you have doubt's. You know you kind of put them in there." I say laughing. He rolls his eyes but kept feeling my stomach.
"No, but it weird to actually feel them in here!" he said.
"Imagine feeling them kick your insides." I say laughing. He looks at me and laughs as well. Then he goes back to my stomach.
"Hi Gotham! Hi Legacy! I'm your Daddy." he says and the twins start to kick harder.
"I think they like your voice." I say.
"Well they will hear it more often! Hi guys! You two better look like your mother!" he says smiling. I oll my eyes but laugh.
"Do you think we should keep letting my Mom be our doctor?" I ask randomly.
"Yeah. I don't see why not." he said shrugging. I nod then start to think. SHE CoULD TELL DAD THE GENDERS! "Give me my phone." I say. Chris gives me a look then does as I said.
Then I dial my Mom. She picks up in the fourth ring. "Hello?" she asks.
"Hey Mom." I say.
"Oh Dillon! Did you need something?" she asks happily.
"Yeah! Don't tell Dad the babies genders." I say. She laughs.
"I wont don't worry but I want to be there when you tell him! Oh that will be funny! Plus I want to know the names." she says. I laugh at her.
"Of course. I have to go but I will let you know when we tell the guys." I say.
"Alright hunny. See ya." she says then hangs up. I look at Chris but he went back to playing video games. I sigh then start to thing about my Mom.
I am happy she is back... but it weird to be able to call her. I am really happy, but I don't think we are right as rain yet. I don't think we will be for a while.
