Ninjago x Reader~Training (Chapter 2)

No one's POV

Sensei started explaining, "This stone is known as the Black Jet. If my memory serves me right, my father once said the forgotten elemental power is sealed because of a good reason. If it falls to the wrong hands, bad things will happen. But, the power now has been seeped by (Y/n)'s body for a reason. I don't think I can get that out. It is after all an elemental power."


Nya voiced out her opinion, "Does that mean (Y/n) will be staying like all of us to control the element?" Sensei replied, "Hmm, what do you think (Y/n)? You can train with the five ninjas. Watching you fight the Serpentine with only a plank, I'm sure you can go far."

(Y/n) ponder for a bit. She smile and nod. "I have nowhere else to go anyway, so, why not? Wait a second...how do you know how I fought the Serpentine?" Sensei Wu replied, "I have my ways." "Wait, what? She really used a wooden plank to fight the Serpentine?!" Lloyd exclaim. Sensei Wu chuckle, "Yes, she did. If you don't believe me, you can ask Nya. Now, I'll be on my way." A few seconds after Sensei Wu stepped out of the room, "Fight me!" the guys said in unison. "What, no, she's fighting me first!" Kai, Jay, Cole and Zane shouting at each other while Lloyd watch them fight. (Y/n) sweatdrop and whisper to Nya, "Are they always like this?" Nya replied, "Yeah, but you'll get used to it."

The next day...

(Y/N) POV

I wake up early today to make them cupcakes and cookies as a thank you for taking me in. I really need to thank my grandma for teaching me how to bake. I only cook for people who get on my bad side. Why? Because my cooking once killed my neighbor's dog, so, it might be a good method to get rid of someone without getting my hands dirty.

I put in my last tray of cupcake mix into the oven and get started to frost the other cupcakes. Just as I finish decorating my last one, I heard footsteps coming towards the kitchen. I turn around to find Cole still in his night pajamas, sleepwalking. "...cake..." Cole mumbles, coming towards the cupcakes. "Uhh...Cole...I think we should wait for the others first..Cole!" He keeps walking and the next thing I know; I've been chased by Cole who is now trying to get his hands on the cupcakes.

I run around the Bounty trying to get away from Cole. In the process, the noise we make, wake Lloyd, Zane, Kai and Jay up. "What's going on...?" said Lloyd rubbing his eyes sleepily. The others join Lloyd, and Jay smirks, "This is gold. I'm gonna go fetch my camera." Kai face palm and said, "Guys, let's go and help (Y/n)." Kai, Zane and Lloyd grab hold of Cole but because he has super strength, they have trouble pinning Cole down to the ground. "Ha..ha!" Wait 'till Cole watch this whole vid." Jay laughs while holding his trusty video camera.

Cole's POV

"What...?" My body feels heavy. Why am I sleeping on the floor? I mumble. "Cole, a-are you alright?" (Y/n) come into my vision. "I don't know, am I?" I heard Jay laugh and I know I just did something wrong. "Kai, you can get off of him now," said the (h/c) girl. 'So that's why my body feels so heavy.' I stand up and brush the dust off my night pajamas. "So...mind telling me why I'm on the floor instead of in my bed?" I heard Jay laugh. "This is why..." said Jay showing the video. 'What a great way for a first impression...'

No one's POV


"Oh...I'm sorry, (Y/n). I-I didn't mean to-" before Cole could finish his sentence, (Y/n) put her finger to his lips to hush him. "It's okay Cole. I'm kinda happy to know that someone loves my baking and I didn't know you have fetishes for cake 'till Nya told me just now. So, come on! Put on a smile and let's eat these before they get cold." Cole smile and nod. 'She's not that bad...' Cole thought to himself.

"Augh...come on!"

After learning a few things from them, you try to do the Spinjitzu a few times but failed miserably. You pout while crossing your arm in anger. Lloyd just chuckles, "Oh..come on, (Y/n). Even I take a few days to perfect it." "Oh, fine. Want to fight combat with me?" "Are you sure? I mean...you just learn how to fight a few minutes ago." You laugh and said in British accent, "Oh, my dear Lloyd. I might have look weak but I can assure you I'm more than that. Unless, you're afraid losing to a new girl." You smirk, tempting Lloyd. "You're soooo on." Lloyd start with his fighting stance.


You tied your hair in high ponytail and get ready in your fighting stance. Lloyd start the first move. You close your eyes and focus on Lloyd's weak point. 'Come on (Y/n). Just like old times. Focus...' You start to see blue points on Lloyd's body and you smirk. You slide down and kick on Lloyd's shin making him stumble. "Come on, Lloyd. Surely you can do more than that," Lloyd run towards you with a war cry. (Y/n) do a somersault and grab a wooden pole beside the weapon rack. (Y/n) uses the pole to keep her body from falling on the ground and do a roundhouse kick. Lloyd went flying back and hit the wall.


"Oh my gosh, Lloyd!" (Y/n) run towards Lloyd, scared that she hurt him. "Lloyd..Lloyd..are you okay?! I'm sorry...I'm sorry! I didn't mean to hurt you." Lloyd just sit still making (Y/n) panic. (Y/n) is about to call someone for help when suddenly, Lloyd grasp her wrist and pin her to ground, saddling her. "Hah! Surprise! Ha...ha..ha. You should look at your face. It was priceless." Lloyd laugh. Your bangs hid your eyes from view. "(Y/n)?" said Lloyd but you stay silent.


Tears trickle from the corner of your eye. "Lloyd, you're so stupid! I thought..something happen to you.." (Y/n) start to sob. Lloyd blush seeing (Y/n) cry. "I-It's okay. I'm fine. See! Don't cry. Thanks for worrying about me." "Don't ever do that again." "Sorry. I forgot this is your first time fighting officially." They stare at each other. 'I just notice that she has a beautiful (e/c) eyes. Da hell. Stop it Lloyd, you barely know her.' Just as Lloyd about to close the little space between you and him, Sensei Wu come just in time, "Oh, there you are. I've been searching for you everywhere. Come, everyone has already assemble. "Lloyd quickly stand up and give you a hand, red hue still on his cheeks. Little did they know, someone is watching them from the darkness.
