No one's POV

The three of them look at each other in unison, "Of course it's her, what are you trying to say?" said Kai. "You know how my power are able to absorb other elements by a touch?" They nod. "Well, it was due to their life force that I was able to do that and in (Y/n)'s case.......I can't sense anything from her. I can detect her element, yes, but I was not able to absorb her power. It was as if I was touching an empty shell." The Ninjas wear a worried expression.

Skylor faces them once again and said, "If what you said is true, you're playing a dangerous game. (Y/n)'s element is supposed to be forbidden and there's a meaning behind that word. Chen will find other ways to get his hand on her power and get you out of the tournament."

"Which is why we will need all the friends we can get. There is always hope." said Kai, his eyes burning with determination.

~Back under the island~

Cole's POV

I sigh. First, my power had been stolen. Next, I have to make noodles and Jacob have been captured. I can't even treat myself to the goodness in this stinking factory. 'Can this day get any worse?' I thought. My thoughts was interrupted by a familiar voice. "I don't know, Pixel. I sense this chains are unbreakable."  Possessed by my curiosity, I went to take a look behind the dungeon's door while Karloff tried to warn me not to cause trouble.  

"Zane? Is that you?!". It's hard for me to move since all the hostages are chained together. I take my chances and peer in through the peephole.  "What's the hold up?!!" I signal Karloff to watch my back. Karloff manage to distract the warden with the classic shoe excuse. I strain my eyes to search for any inhabitant in the dark dungeon when a bundle of silver cross my field of vision. 

"Cole?" Zane IS here all along! I smile ear to ear. "Hehe! You're alive! A-and you're....silver?!" "Titanium! Cole...you look..white." exclaim Zane. "Hahaha! Boy, it's great to see you! Look at that! You look brand new!" 

After a few minutes of hold up, the warden exclaim, "Wait! Tie shoe?! What shoe?!" Uh oh, the warden is getting antsy. "Hold tight lug-nut, I'm getting you out of here. I'm getting us both out of here. That's a promise." We fist bump and I naturally get back into position in a nick of a time before the warden arrive. "Where is Cole?!" exclaim the warden once again, shoving Karloff to the side.  

"Right here! Keep it real big guy! It looks like you've seen a ghost." The warden scoff and continue his way. "From here on out, I'm making more than noodles, I'm making trouble. Chen can try his best to split up our team, but he's about to find out what happen when we put ourselves back togeth-" 

"Cole!" I was about to scream my heart out when a hand shut my mouth up. 

"Shhh...it's me, (Y/n)!" 

"(Y/n)?! I thought you already went back up?! Did they capture you again?"

"No."

"Why are you here then?"
