No one's POV

"I can't believe all this time, you are the SPY!!" Kai claimed, devastated. (Y/n) stand on her ground pressing her wound, "I am not the spy! And even if I am, I will never go against you guys!"

Lloyd stepped forward, "(Y/n)..."

(Y/n) turn her saddened gaze towards Lloyd, "Lloyd...trust me..." Confusion and betrayal can be seen mixed in his eyes.

"I can explai-"

Her voice was cut off halfway by Kai's shout, "Skylor, wait!" She stopped and Kai continued, "Look, I'm sorry..."

Skylor shrugged his hand off, "Don't. If you think I'm going to stick around with this alliance, watch me walk out that door." She exclaimed as she walked out the door and show her clean shoulder before continuing her way out, the others trailing behind.

Neuro and Jay make their way to (Y/n), "Are you alright?" Neuro asked. She gave him a faint smile, "Nothing I couldn't handle, Neuro."

"(Y/n), you know this will only tag you as the villain. You should tell-"

Giving a soft pat on his shoulder, she replied, "They're not ready yet, Neuro..." Her eyes hinting him to not spill anything. He sighs before nodding in understanding. Jay changed his glances between the two. "Tell us what, (Y/n)?" Shaking her head, she replied, "Nothing important, I should've told you all about the tattoo from the start."

Lloyd's POV

I listened as Jay, Neuro and (Y/n) conversed with each other. Deep down, I know she's hiding something from us. Kai strides over to (Y/n) and holds her by the throat. Frowning in anger, I was about to step in when I felt a hand on my shoulder holding me back. I looked back to see my father, shaking his head.

"Why did you blew us out?! I thought we meant something to you! I-I thought we're family..." Kai loosened his grip before tightening it once again. "Tell us what you know!!"

With a determined glare, she exclaimed, "Chen hates me just as much as he hates all of you. He never confides any information with me and you know that! He's playing you, Kai, please...open your eyes."

I can't just watch from the side while Kai is hurting (Y/n) like this. I felt my father's hand loosen on my shoulder. Quickly taking my chance to pull away Kai's hand. "Kai, you choose to believe in Skylor, someone who we barely knew rather than (Y/n)? After everything she did for us?"

Jay stands by the side, helpless and a sad frown on his face. But no sooner the frown appeared, it was replaced with assurance. Jay placed himself between Kai and (Y/n), facing Kai, he stated, "I know (Y/n). She's like a little sister to me. I stand by my choice and that she's not the spy! Your crush on Skylor blinded you. Have you ever thought that maybe, she's using our elemental power to hide her tattoo?? There are so many reasons why we shouldn't trust her!" Kai's eye widened. His expression was replaced with guilt and he started to question himself.
