Partly Rewritten.
24: Just Marinette
{Ladybug}
I opened my eyes and breathed in and I looked around for Chat. Chat Noir, Adrian and even Chat Blanc. I didn't care which Chat it was just as long he was alive.
"Chat?"
Silence.
"Adrian?"
More silence.
"Chat Blanc?"
"Don't call me that!" Adrian's voice echoed in the yard.
"Well, give me your miraculous and I'll fix everything, Chat, even Plagg,"
"How do you know it'll work?" Adrian asked.
"It won't," Chat Blanc's voice echoed.
The akuma had caused this.
"Tikki, told me. Adrian please, you need Plagg," I walked towards the sound of Adrian's voice.
Up the stairs, opposite side of my classroom.
"Adrian...please, give me your miraculous, it's the only way to get Plagg back..."
"You sound like Hawkmoth." Adrian called out.
"But I'm not, it's me, Marinette, Ladybug, your lady, Mari, bugaboo." I walked around the upper area and couldn't find him.
"You were never my lady." Chat Blanc jumped out of the shadows and tackled me to the ground. He held me at my neck, enough pressure to stop me from moving but not enough to kill me.
He crouched in front of me brushing away my hair to take off my other earring. I pulled him in and flipped him with all my power. Filled with adrenaline, I pried the earring he took earlier and the cat miraculous. I clipped on the earring and transformed into Ladybug, with all my effort I dropped the ring and stamped on it. The now free akuma fluttered out of the ring, I captured and purified it.
I fell to the ground in exhaustion.
I have to reach the sack.
I dragged my heavy body down the steps, towards the nearly empty flour sack. After what seemed a century of dragging I finally reached it. I clutched it in my hand and laid softly on my back. I through it into the air and whispered 'Miraculous Ladybug'.
My job is complete. Plagg please come back.
I closed my eyes. My hand fell to the ground with a small thud.
Now I can be just Marinette, at least for this moment...
24: Princess
[Chat Noir]
"Princess, you did it! Plagg is back!" Adrian mumbled into Marinette's hair. He was holding her sleeping body up to his chest.
Said kawami was sleeping on my head and Tikki was sleeping on my shoulder. I closed my eyes and yawned and next thing I knew I was laying down next to Marinette. She was all bruised because of Chat Blanc. I closed my eyes and soon enough I fell asleep holding Marinette tightly against me.
