"Alya, Nino, what are you doing?" I demanded. I come back from saving Paris and call Alya, only to find out that she's doing something with Nino.
As you can understand I'm freaking out.
"A little thank you gift for Ladybug and Chat Noir."
"Alya-" I growl.
"Hey Marinette." Adrian pops his head through the hatch.
"Oh, um hi Adrian. Alya I swear what ever you're doing don't."
"Um..what's going on?" Adrian walks up behind me.
"Trust me-"
I hang up on Alya before she comes up with something to change the subject. "Alya and Nino are making or doing something as a thank you gift to Ladybug and Chat Noir. As you can see I'm ecstatic about the idea." I say, sarcasm dripping from my voice.
Epilogue
[Chat Noir]
"If it makes you feel better, I also think this is a Chatastic idea." I smile.
Marinette sighs and smiles back. "I've got cookies down stairs."
I smile and pull out the plate that was hiding behind my back. "Uh...I think there's one in here for you..." He goes through the pile of cookies and holds out the smallest one.
Marinette grins and pushes it into my face and twirls away. I reach my hand down to grab a cookie but I only hold thin air.
"Looking for this?" Marinette holds the plate of cookies in her hand, grinning.
