Lust or Love? (Geoff and Gavin a.u.)

Chapter 26

*Marley POV*

Geoff's alarm blares, echoing off the wall, waking us both from our sleep. He hits the snooze and turns to face me, kissing my cheek as his arm snakes around my waist and his hand grabs hold of my a**. I smirk at him and get up wrapping the blanket around me before bending down to grab his shirt off the floor.

"You know, your room is a mess," I smile putting the shirt over my head, letting the blanket drop into a circle around my feet. He gets up and wraps his arms around my waist again bringing my body close to his.

"Only because you helped make it a mess last night," he groans in my ear and a shiver gets sent down my spine. Images of our love making flood through my mind. He grabs the backs of my thighs and lifts me up, wrapping my legs around him. "Let's go shower, baby girl," his kisses my neck and walks to the bathroom in his room.

"Are you nervous?" Geoff sits on my bed watching me brush my hair and put on minimal make-up. I take the mascara brush away from my face and glance at him in the mirror. Today I am meeting everyone, Geoff asked me if I would like to sit in the office today and "watch the action live" and I agreed. My classes don't start until January, they aren't really even classes, it's just to get to know other early admission students and get my schedule all figured out.

"A little," I continue applying my mascara and stand up from the floor and push my hair out of my face with my fingertips. "Lets go though, or we'll be late." We walk into the living room, pillows and cushions from the couches are all over the floor.

"Gavin should leave the house alone to us more often," Geoff chuckles and I blush as he kisses me. "We can grab breakfast at the office don't worry." We both head outside to his car, he opens the passenger door for me and closes it after I get in. I am really nervous, I'm not sure why, but I am. My heart pounds, threatening to beat out of my chest.

"Oh, almost forgot to ask you, are you going back home for Christmas?" He places my bag in the back seat.

"Christmas?" I raise my eyebrow. He looks at me confused.

"Yeah, it's in a week?" He laughs. "Don't tell me you forgot it's December." I put my hand against my forehead.

"Oh my god, I did." I throw my head back on the head rest. "The climate here is different than Ohio. I just associate everything  with weather and since it's only cool, kind of warm I just forgot." He glances at me when we are at a stoplight.

"It's fine, Marley," he rubs my thigh. "You can think about it, but I am gonna need to know by tomorrow." I nod my head and he pulls into the parking lot.

He kisses me before he gets out of the car, my palms are sweaty. He opens my door and I look at him with a weak smile. "Come on," he takes my elbow and I get out of the car.

"I'm nervous as hell, Geoff," I bite on my lower lip. He puts his thumb on my chin and pushes down so that my lip falls from my teeth.

"No need to be nervous, you've already met me and Gavin, the rest are a piece of cake." He smiles at me, lifting my face to his.

"Hm, maybe I'll stay home, I can drive your car or get a taxi," I start to turn and he grabs my waist effortlessly lifting me over his shoulder. "No, Geoff put me down!" I hit his back. He laughs walking through the doors to the main office.

"Too late," he sets me down and I pull my shorts from my a** crack.

"I don't think everyone needs to see my rear end," Geoff laughs and grabs my hand walking me to the Achievement Office.

A/N: It's been awhile, I know. I'm so sorry guys. I have actually been SUPER FREAKING busy. I'm babysitting constantly and trying to type while a kid is hitting the keyboard, or trying to take your phone out of your hand, is very difficult. I am also seeing MORE AND MORE doctors. The last doctor I went to who demanded I take a pregnancy test, still in his mind thinks I am pregnant when I am very much not. He found a polyp in my nasal passage, which is a non cancerous tumor that just blocks the airway if it goes untreated. And I had to see a doctor about that yesterday and later this month I have to get a CT scan of my nasal passages to see if I have anymore. And I have to get allergy tested once again. I always seem to get a lot of stuff around my birthday, it's a curse.
But on a happy note, 1.3K reads!!! Guys this is huge for me. I love that everyone is loving this, I'm hoping soon I can get back on a semi-regular schedule. (Also pictured, my new cactus, named Mr. Prickles)
