"3...2....1 HAPPY BIRTHDAY DJ!"
"Salamat!" Daniel replied as he watched the fireworks display.
"Happy Birthday, love." The lady in black whispered to his right ear while she's hugging him from behind.
"Thank you, bal." DJ thanked as he grabbed Kathryn and hugged her.

"Masarap bali?" Daniel asked Kathryn referring to the 'balot' she tasted for the first time.
"Yeah! Delicious pala to, dati kase si Papa at Kuya bumibili sa Nueva Ecija, pero di ko na-try kase ang yucky nung chick." Kathryn stated.
"Sabi sayo eh, eto naman penoy." Daniel fed Kathryn.
"Uhmm, tastes good!" Kathryn commented as she chewed.
"DJ" they both looked at one of DJ's aunties.
"Yes, tita?" DJ asked and held Kathryn's hand then approached his tita.
"Nandyan si Lola Eva, hinahanap kayo."
"Sige tita, wait lang ah." Daniel excitedly went inside their living room with Kathryn.
There they saw his Lola Eva. The mother of his Papa Rommel.
"La." DJ greeted then hugged and 'blessed' to his Lola's hand.
"Apo, ang gwapo gwapo naman talaga ng apo kong to."
"Alam mo yan La, haha. Ah, lola. Si Kathryn, alam mo nanaman eh. Girlfriend ko." Daniel introduced Kathryn to his Lola.
"Oo naman, ka-gandang bata nire. Mahusay kang pumili, apo." Lola Eva said.
"Bless po, hi po Lola." Kathryn greeted sweetly.
The three of them took a picture.
"Brad, uwi muna kami ah." Friends of both DJ and Kath bid goodbye's as the two went to DJ's room.
Pa-birthday ni Tita Min kay Daniel na pinayagang matulog si Kathryn sa bahay nila.
"Sleepy ka na ba?" DJ asked Kathryn who's now laying on his bed.
"Na-ah. You?"
DJ wiggled his head.
"Let's watch a movie, bali please." Kathryn suggested.
He handed his hand to Kathryn and they both went in his theater room.
