My phone ringed loudly in my ear startling me awake. I groaned searching my bed lazily trying to find it. I totally forgot to put it on silent. The light from the small phone almost burned my eyes right out of their sockets. 'Bestfriend' flashed on the screen. I quickly answered after glancing at the time- 3 a.m.

"We just got home from Cape Cod, I am exhausted. Why aren't you resting?" I whispered looking at the body sleeping so peacefully next to me.

"Effy?" Drea sniffed. Now I'm full alert, sitting up in bed my eyes not leaving Chase's bare back.

"I just told Kurt" She whispers.

"Told Kurt what?" I ask but then it hit me "Oh my, he didn't freak out did he?"

"No, no, no, no. He's actually really happy" I could almost feel her joy through the phone. She wasn't crying because she was stressed or anything, she was just relieved. "We're going to the second ultra sound tomorrow. I've already set up the appointment, do you want to come?"

"Shucks yeah" I grin from ear to ear. "This is freaking awesome. I am so happy for you. Now all you have left is..."

"Yeah. I know already" The happiness leaves her tone "I'll tell them with him. I just don't think now is the best time"

"Just remember. It's been like what? 5 to 6 weeks. Eventually the baby bump will start to show honey"

"Does Chase or Aiden know?" She asked.

"Why would they? You told me not to tell anyone"

"Thanks, Effy. You're always there for me. You're my girl"

"I'm always here for you" I say with a faint smile

"Are you still going to therapy?" She asks. I almost forgot that I told her but I don't remember telling Chase.

"Honestly? I've skipped so many appointments. It isn't funny... I'm going to call her in the morning"

"I'm guessing you haven't told Chase yet either" She says. My silence was enough to tell her no "Well, I'll see you at 3 p.m"

"Love you lots" I hang up looking over at Chase. If Drea is brave enough to tell her boyfriend who's still in high school about to get a full athletic scholarship to whatever college he wants, that she's pregnant then, I could tell Chase that I'm going to therapy. And with that, I toss my phone to the foot of my bed and crawl up next to Chase. His warm body temperature so inviting. I press my lips against his bare shoulder causing him to jolt up slightly. He turns his head over his shoulder and gives me a small smile, his eyes barely open.

"Chase" I whisper, my voice cracked a bit. He sits up on his elbows, rubbing his eyes looking at me. Trying to ignore the goosebumps trailing my skin, I look away.

"Yeah?"

"There's something I have to tell you" Here it goes. Moment of truth. That's right Chase, you're girlfriend is a crazy woman. "I sometimes see a shrink on the weekdays and I've been doing that for a while now"

Chase stares at me for a brief second before a smile etches on his lips. He uses his left hand to cup my cheek and gazes into my eyes. Chase pulls my head down, our lips meeting together with a gentle kiss. He pulls away with a grin.

"Effy, you can honestly tell me anything and I won't judge you. How could I when you're the most important person in my life right now?" I smile at his words. "Come 'ere" He opens his arms and I cuddle up against his chest on the bed. His warm minty breath fanning across the bare skin of my neck relaxed me. He pecked a kiss on my cheek, "I don't care what it is, I will not judge you" He says.
