"Its our last night down here. Anyone want to go to a party?" Drea asks
"Hell no" Aiden says making Drea give him a hard glare. I didn't say anything. I only eyed the chipping wall paint of the hotel room. Chase still wasn't back yet and I'm afraid something has happened to him or else he would've called. Right?
"Effy, I wasn't supposed to tell you but, Chase called" Kurt speaks up. Drea slapped the back of Kurt's head. "Owie" He cried out. I focused my attention on him trying to register the looks on his face. He held a look of sympathy as his next words came out "He's in town at a bar. He told me to only tell you if you start freaking out"
"Well I'm not freaking out and I didn't want to know" I lied, fiddling with my fingers. "Is he drinking?"
"I mean duh, that's what people go to a bar to do" Aiden says harshly. I ignored him, looking at the wall again. The air was thick and the room was silent. No one moved and no one dared to talk. This was the best birthday ever, I mean obviously.
"Maybe we should go get him?" Rae suggests. I even forgot she was here.
"Or not" Drea bites
"I agree with Rae" I could hear the smugness of Aiden's voice
"Same here" Kurt adds in "Slap me and I just might dump you" Kurt chuckled waving a warning finger at Drea. She takes her chances giving a hard slap on his arm with an egotistic smirk.
"You're so evil" He laughed
"Oh honey, 'I'm not evil... I'm wicked'"
"Are we going or not?" Aiden interrupts
"I'm not. I'll be in my bed before you guys return" I fold my arms.
"Uh sweetheart, that's not an option" Rae snatched my hand dragging me to my bedroom.
"Raelyn, stop!" I shouted at her struggling to get out of her grasp.
"I am not going to go find YOUR boyfriend for the sake of YOUR relationship while you just sit here not caring about his or YOUR mistakes" She emphasized, shoving my feet in my chucks. "Now let's go"

The car stopped in front a small brown place that resembled a bakery Chase and I once went to on one of our adventures. Instantly guilt fled through my system just by remembering the great time we had going on our adventures. I sucked in a breath and got out the car telling the others that they shouldn't follow me. I looked down at my clothes pushing my boobs up and pushing my hair behind my shoulders. I put on some chap stick and readied myself. I'm not old enough to be here so I had to look as mature as possible.
I fixed my posture and glided through the doorway. Easily I spotted Chase. He was the dude with strained red eyes and wild hair sitting at the bar with his head on the counter. He spoke to the bartender in his accent that he'd usually hide for some reason. I guess it comes out when he's vulnerable but that was besides the point. The lady looked way too into the conversation. Why'd she have her button up shirt with majority of the buttons unbuttoned? Why was she leaning over showing all her goodies to him. Why was she twirling her tween ponytail between her fingers and licking her lips? Does she have a death wish?
Chase placed his hand on hers and said some things I couldn't hear then she leaned in. He whispered something and she giggled setting off his roaring laughter. Not being able to bear it anymore I strutted over there.
"One martini, please" I gritted my teeth. The woman rolled her eyes walking away to fetch my drink. I tapped Chase's shoulder but he waved his hand, dropping his head on the glass. I tapped him harder this time "Chase" I said his name. He turned in his stool lazily to look at me.
