Pennia's POV
My hands moved delicately through Prim's long waves of blonde, braiding and pinning. Bray dabbed her lip with gold, making them shimmer in the afternoon sunlight.
I could see the boys putting the final touches on the venue; Issac looked eccentric and Bentley looked dashing. But Prim, might I add, stole the show.
Her beaded lace bodice hugged her torso while the rest cascaded down her body, flowing with the wind. Her makeup was flawless, just enough to make her eyes pop. Her hair was off her face, braids holding back flyaway pieces.
Bray looked stunning as well, her rose pink dress hugged her curves. Her hair was pulled up, her bangs hanging over her eye. Minimal pink makeup was applied to her facial features, she didn't need it.
My own dress was not form fitted, it had a sweetheart neckline, beading below my chest, then flowed out from there. My hair was pulled up like Bray's and I had a bit more makeup on than her.
"You ready?" I heard Bray squeal to Prim, pulling her to her feet.
I let out a breath, picking up my spear from behind them. Snow hadn't called a ceasefire so I wasn't taking any chances.
I looked up towards the sky, a smile plastered onto my face.
Don't fail me now, Snow. I thought as I helped Prim up, whose smile was doing nothing but growing.
Bray and I guided her to out makeshift aisle, flinching when the wedding march blares through the arena.
Bray and I smile at Prim, pulling her veil over her face. We hook arms, turning towards our awaiting boys. With one last glance at the beautiful bride, I lead us down the aisle.

"Issac, your vows?" Bray says, marking her page in the book the Capitol sent down.
"Prim, you are the one for me; I have never doubted that. You are my girl and you are my world. I never want to live another day on this earth without being your husband. Since the day we met, you've brought me nothing but joy and happiness. I will care for you until I take my last breath, maybe even after them. Prim, this is my undying, everlasting vow to you." Issac declares, squeezing Prim's small hands.
'I love you,' He mouths to his bride, tears streaming down her face.
"Primrose, your vows?" Bray says, wiping a tear from her cheek. If Bray was crying, then the whole nation would be too.
Prim takes a deep breath, closing her eyes for a moment before confidently looking up at Issac.
"Issac, my love, thank you for everything you've done; for me, for Penn, for everyone. I admire this about you, it makes me fall further in love with you. Is, you bring me nothing but pleasure. You have never been cruel or rude to me, you have never let anything hurt me. Thank you, from the tips of my toes to the roots of my hair. I am unbelievably, undoubtedly in love with you, Issac Orchards. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life as your wife," Prim finishes, stirring tears in my own eyes.
If the people of Panem hadn't been crying before her speech, they certainly were now.
"Issac, do you take Primrose to be your wife? To have and to hold until death do you part?" Bray manages to say, her tears turned into full blown cries.
"I do, a million times," he replies immediately, pushing her wedding band down her finger.
"And Primrose, do you take Issac to be your husband? Through sickness and health, 'till death do you part?"
