An unexpected call.

Ed leaves around 10pm.-at last, he leaves, I thought there’ll be sleepover session or something. If that happens, I’m sure he’s going to be my new dad.- I’m so tired so I take the decision to sleep early tonight. I climb upstairs and, I just realize that, climbing up this stairs is tiring. Turning my bedroom doorknob is tiring. And reaching bed from the living room takes 5 minutes which is the same time taken for 2km sprint by Usain Bolt and that singular activity is tiring.I’m tired of going upstairs. I’m tired of life. I’m tired of saying I’m tired. This tiring problem is making me more and more sick of, of…. I don’t know and don’t want to even care. I lay on my bed, feeling quite a relieve, and knowing that I’m still breathing.I breathe in deeply, and then out. For the first time after a long while, I’m controlling my breath manually. The time I nearly close my eyes for the day, my cell phone start ringing.

First thing in my mind is, who is the most stupid human being ever lived in this world that I’ve given my cell number to? I pick it up cause the caller is not in one of my contacts. “Hello, who are you?” Ok, that is quite mean. “Hmm, try to have a guess.” Oh my god, it can’t be him! I’ve never even gave him my number. “You? How do you know my cell number?” “Do I need to repeat this, as usual, I’m the most superb stalker in the world. Why do you have to ask simple questions every time?” I’m not feeling sleepy anymore. “Mike, I don’t care and don’t want to care how you get my phone number but, seriously, what do you want? Do you want to know what does normal human being does on 10pm? They sleep!” I’m waiting for his reply but all I can hear is a big laugh. Haha, this is so funny. “Tina, I’m sorry for disturbing you, but I just call to make sure this is your real number. I’m sure you want to know how I get it!” People who are full enthusiasm the moment I want to sleep are the ones that feels me with annoyance!-Example, Mom and a junior from my school(I met her on our camping trip last year and I have to sleep beside her for a week!)-

“Do I need to hear this story of yours? I just want to…” Before I finish my words, Mike cuts me off and continues his words. “It went like this, I met this girl, I think you know her. I think she’s a freak, but never mind. I met her at this café and she is so weird. I mean, no one just come to a stranger and introduce their selves without being asked to. So I just sit there and hear all her stories, it turns out that she’s….” I can’t hear what he said after that cause I fall asleep. I’m just so tired. But I can hear that last words he said but I’m exhausted to react to what he says. “…Christina, are you there? Do you fall asleep? –he gave a small giggle- Never mind, sweet dreams.”
