Chapter 34

CLEO'S POV

All the Alpha's are please to see Alpha Michael and Oliver alive and not bruise up because of fighting. All of them are also please because for once, the whole Southern territory will be fighting as one and not arguing in a meeting. All the Alpha came together with their Luna's That leaves me and Aliyah a lot of talking to do since we need to befriend them for the sake of the whole Southern territory. 

Alpha Michael and Oliver agreed in a plan which consists of me,Oliver along with our pack to come first into the clearing to gave Jasper an idea that we will be the only one fighting. After 3 minutes another pack will arrive to help us in the battle. Every three minutes a new pack will arrive. Everything is settled and we were just waiting for the night to fall. That is the signal and time that we go and travel back to Alpha Michael's territory. I don't know why but I don't feel nervous any more. The presence of all the Alpha's in here helps me calm my nerves into this battle. I'am quite confident that we will win this one.

The time passed, many of us catch a sleep before everything comes saying that they needed all the strength they can have tonight. When the time comes, Oliver and I are ready. Oliver and I are in front, followed buy Alexander and Jason who arrived together with the Alpha's earlier. He didn't bring Sara with him saying that Sara is with a child. I wanted to send him back to his mate because it might be difficult to part with his mate and soon to be pup but Jason give me an assurance that he's okay and that he wanted to fight along side with us. I gave him a smile. 

Diva and Aliyah both staire at me. Confidence is in their eyes. How can I be afraid when there were so many people believing in me? I gave them a nod and a smile. These people by my side is enough to give me strength to win this war. Oliver holds my hand and squeeze it. I look at him, he's staring at me. Pride is evident in those eyes. I wanted to cry badly and be sentimental in front of them but I know this is not the right time and place to that so I held my head high and fight this disgusting drama who wanted to get out of me.

"It's time."

Oliver said to the crowd. The warrior's all get to their knees, The Alpha's and the Luna's bow they're head to us. 

"Let's go."

Oliver said again and then we began to travel the short distance within us and the Death Moon pack. The travel was silent and I can feel the tension of everyone but I refuse to gave in. I wanted them to feel that I'am not afraid and there's nothing to be afraid of. I wanted them to get some strength to me as I get my strength to them. People from the Death Moon are already in the safe place just like Alpha Michael said. In the middle of the clearing stand the man I hate the most.

The man who killed my family and kidnapped me to take me away from my mate and probably also the one who cause me to loose my memories and my wolf. In his right side Stands Mira the witch. Her eyes is blood shot, she looks like she just came from crying. Jasper welcomed us with a huge smile on his face.

"Cleo, My love."

Jasper said in the most repulsing tone I ever heard. Oliver growled beside me. I touch his chest to calm him down. Jasper's eyes blaze with anger as he look at Oliver and I. I gave him a sweet smile to prove the point that he'll never be someone like Oliver to me. He gave me an evil smirk and he wave his hands in the air and a rogue came into the view with a big box.

"I have a gift to you Cleo."

He said. I didn't response and I just look at him with a blank expression. He opened the box and there he grab something and pulled it out. I felt like someone punch me in the heart, I can't breath. How dare he! I wanted to kill him this instant. I take a step forward but Oliver hold my arms and look at me while shaking his head. 

"I thought you'll like Elizabeth and Anthony better if they don't have they're bodies anymore."

Jasper said. Still have that stupid evil smile in his face. I'll make sure he won't wear that for long. Yeah, He's holding Elizabeth and Anthony's head in their hair. He killed those innocent humans who help me and take care of me when I still didn't remember anything. I will fucking kill him with everything I've got.

"You asked me why can't I love you? It's because you are fucking disgusting. Every fiber of my body wanted to vomit with the mere sight of you and every veins of that fucking body of your is like a poison. You are nothing but a fucking murderer."

I said in a leveled tone. I make sure that every ounce of my hatred towards him are in those words. His smirk was gone now he was shaking violently. Mira holds him in the arms but he refuse to be touch. Pain was once again in her eyes.

"Reject him Mira, You don't deserve someone like him."

I said to Mira. Mira shook her head.

"I can't. I'm a witch, it will only break if Jasper himself break it. The mate bond came from the werewolf and I'm not. His the only one who can break it."

She said crying. This is it. No more talking to this stupid piece of shit.

"Then, I'll make him."

I said grabbing the bow in my back and aiming it to jasper.

"Promise you won't interfere Mira and I will free you to the mates bond."

I said to her while still looking at Jasper. Jasper just smiled.

"It's fine, I can fight this one without you Mira. You are nothing but a useless piece of mate."

The range inside my body just intensify when I heard him talk like that to Mira. Mira is the one who continuously helps me to escape him. I would never allow him to make any one suffer again in his hands. More rogues are emerging from the trees and I can tell that there are many of them but I refuse to loose my faith. I saw Mira run to the back of the tree. I don't know what she's doing there but I hope she'll not interfere.

MIRA'S POV

I need to help Cleo. She's my only hope to be free. I don't want to be with Jasper anymore. I can't bear it anymore. He made me do things that is against to my beliefs and values. I'am the one who cast the spell to Cleo, I can take it out. She can be complete again if I cast it off but It will take some time. I need a place where I can't be interrupted. I run into the woods and search for a place where I can put some barriers around me so that no one can disturb me. I need to do this. Cleo has suffered enough.

The war started and i believe they were going to be occupied to the fight so no one will disturb me.

"Lady Mira."

I look up and I saw, Dexter. He's one of the rogues that follow Jasper's command but he's always been nice to me. I always wonder why can't Jasper be like him. 

"Dexter."

I acknowledge him not stopping my walk.

"Where are you going?"

He asked. Walking beside me.

"Somewhere safe. I need to cast off the spell to the Queen. She's the only hope for me to be free."

He stopped walking. Shock was evident to his face. He can't believe I'am abandoning Jasper. I also stopped and look at him.

"I can't live like this anymore Dexter."

He smiled to me.

"I'll go and protect you."

He said walking once again. I smiled to him. He never leave me alone, at first it was annoying but then,I appreciate that he only wanted me safe. Whenever Jasper hits me he's always the one to put ice in my bruise. He's always there for me. If I would love someone again. I hope it'll be Dexter because he deserve it more that anyone does.
