G- Ghost(MitchxOli)

Oli P.O.V.

"Oli..." I hear someone whisper to me. "Oliver..." I crack open my eyes a bit and see Mitch above me. The beautiful Mitch that I have had a crush on since I met him; Mitch, my best mate... Mitch, the one that died last November... I widened my eyes, and shot up into a sitting position. But Mitch was gone.

"Oli? Are you okay?" Lee's groggy voice asks from the bunk across from me.

I sigh slightly, closing my eyes. "Yeah, mate. I'm fine."

I was sitting in the park late at night, after a concert. I just needed time to think. Mitch had seemed so... Real. I could have sworn he was there.

"Oli..." I jerked my head up and looked around, but nothing was there. It was probably just the wind. I put my head back down, closing my eyes. "Oliver..." I lifted my head again, expecting it to be the wind. My eyes widened when I found Mitch in front of me, looking perfectly healthy, like he never passed.

"... Mitch?" I ask hesitantly.

He smiled. I've missed that smile so much. "Hey, Oli. How is everyone?"

"G-good." I stammer, trying to keep from reaching out to him. "Why... Why are you here?"

He laughed. "I wanted to check up on you. You're doing well, I see?"

I sighed, a small tear sliding down my cheek. "N-not really." I sniffled "I've really missed you, Mitch. Why did you have to go?"

He smiled sadly. "It was my time. I'm just disappointed that I never got to say I love you." I looked into his eyes, and my jaw went slack.

"R-really?"

He laughed again. "Since when did you start stuttering so much?"

I blushed. "Since the ghost of my love had confessed his return of feelings."

"Well, at least you're still smiling." He said. "Say hi to Kenadee for me? I love you."

"I love you too." I whispered, but it was too late. I cried for the rest of the night, not coming back to the bus until morning.

"Remember, Oli." I heard Mitch say in my head. "I may not be there in person, but I'll always be here; my ghost."
