Chapter Thirty Seven

i woke up to the feeling of somebody kissing my shoulders.

i moaned sleepily and softly opened my eyes. i got distracted by something sparkling in front of me.

"Will you Marry me Hon?" Edward whispered softly on my ear.

"Yes." i whispered softly and closed my eyes. inaantok pa ko eh. but then napadilat ako nung narealize ko yung tanong nya. napapabangon ulit ako habang hawak yung dulo ng kumot ng tinatakip ko sa dibdib ko.

"Can you ask me again?" sabi ko sa kanya saka tinignan sya.

he chuckled. "Five years ago. i asked for your hand in marriage coz thats the only way i wont lose you. i'm sure as hell i want you to be my wife. i'm sure with you. i cant see lifetime anywhere but here beside you."

he smiled softly and looked at me. "Now Honey, will you marry me for real? be my wife everyday."

nanlalabo man yung mata ko sa luha pero tumango ako.

"Yes Honey, i will marry you." i said happily and hugged him. ge chuckled and hugged me back. he softly put the ring on my fingers.

"Looks perfect on you." he said softly. i looked intently on his eyes.

"Ikaw na magsabi kay Dad ha?" napakunot yung noo ko sa sinabi ni Andrea.

"Why me?" i asked and crossed my arms. we decided not to get out today para maenjoy yung araw.

"eh kasi." she said and went to me. she sat on my right leg and looked at me. i automatically encircled my arms to her waist. "i dont wanna talk to him."

"But you have to." i insisted. she stubbornly shook her head.

"Ayoko nga. he already gave his blessing. i dont have to talk to him." she said and pouted.

"But you have to. i dont wanna get married like this. i want everything to be perfect."

"This will be perfect. okay? trust me. i really dont have anything to do with him." she said and pouted. niyakap ko sya lalo.

"But Hon-" i was stopped by her kiss.

i wrapped my arms around her waist.

"you dont play fair." i groaned. she chuckled and hugged me tighter..

"Hungry?" umiling ako saka hinila pa pataas yung kumot.

"Panu nangyari yon?" he absentmindedly asked. lumingon ako sa kanya.

"Pano nangyari ang ano?" i asked.

he looked at me intently.

"Why are you still a virgin?" he asked seriously. i looked away and buried my face on the pillow beside me.

Sheeesh! nakakahiyaa.

"You're no fair. answer my question." he whispered in my ear.

i shrugged him off and covered my whole head with the pillow.

"Hon naman, panu nangyari yon?" makulit na sabi nya.

umupo ako saka tinignan sya ng masama.

"Wag ka na ngang magtanong. matuwa ka nalang." inis na sabi ko. ngumisi sya saka tumingin sa bandang..

"Ang manyak mo!" sabi ko sa kanya saka tinakpan ng unan yung mukha nya. hinila ko yung kumot para takpan yung tinitignan nya kanina pa. sa sobrang inis ko sa kanya nakalimutan kong wala nga pala kong suot at tuwang tinignan nya yung dibdib ko. bwisit talaga.

tumawa lang sya ng malakas. lalo tuloy ako nahiya. bwisit talaga tong lalaking to oo!

naramdaman ko nalang na niyakap nya ko sa bewang. tumigil na rin sya sa kakatawa. pinilit nyang tanggaling yung unan na hawak ko saka pinaharap ako sa kanya.

"C'mon Hon, i'm asking you a question." he said softly with a voice laced with tenderness and happiness.

"You really waited for me?" he asked.

i nodded softly and buried my face in his neck. he chuckled and kissed my hair.

"No need to be shy about that Hon, i'm glad you waited. i'm glad to be the first and last. i love you so much with or without that piece of flesh. just having it intact through all those years is a bonus." he said happily.

"There would no one else Hon, Just You." i whispered back and kissed his neck.

"i love you Hon, thank you for the wonderful gift."

"Bangon na Hon, you need to go to work now." i whispered softly and kissed his shoulder.

"Hmm. 5 more minutes." he whispered and buried his face in my neck.

"5 minutes? eh umaabot ng one hour yan eh." i said and chuckled. he chuckled and kissed me on my neck.

"You taste sweet." he said softly.

"I know. stop it Hon, papasok ka na. i have to go to work too. you know. magagalit na si Manager saken." nakalabing sabi ko.

he chuckled. "Yes Boss," he said tenderly and got out of bed.

napatili ako ng malakas sa ginawa nya saka tinakpan yung mata ko.

"What?" he asked. amusement is evident in his voice.

"Wag ka naman lalakad lakad na wala kang suoot!" patiling sabi ko. tumawa lang sya.

"This big boy went inside you so many times now. nahihiya ka pa?" naiinis na binato ko yung unan sa kanya. lalo syang tumawa.

"Shut upppp!" Tili ko. tumawa lang sya saka pumasok sa banyo.

"Bye Hon," he said and about to kiss me when i stopped him with my palm on his lips.

"Kiss your Ass!" nakasimangot na sabi ko. hanggang ngayon naaasar pa rin ako sa pinagsasabi nya kanina.

tumawa sya ng malakas. "Bati na tayo!"

"Bati mo mukha mo! Alis na!" Asar na sabi ko.

pinalungkot naman nya yung mukha nya.

"Wag mo kong daanin sa ganyan." Nakasimangot na sabi ko.

"No kiss?" he said sadly.

"None!" i said firmly.

Lugong lugo syang pumasok sa kotse nya.

pagkasara nya ng pinto binababa nya yung window.

"Wala talaga?"

ngumisi ako. "Wala. Bye Hon!" i gave him a flying kiss and went inside.
