Chapter Forty Five
"i'm pregnant Edward." i heard Danica said when i opened the door. hindi nila napansin yung pagpasok ko sa office nya.
"And you are the father." she added.
"what?" my voice trailed off as i looked at Edward with pained expression.
"Hon!" he exclaimed and stood up.
"you heard it right Andrea. i'm pregnant with his baby." Danica said and touched her tummy.
"how could this be possible?" i said softly. my knees were wobbling.
"the night of my send-off party. he got so drunk and he made love to me. hence, i'm pregnant." She said with a smug smile on her face. i turned my eyes on Edward.
"is it true?" i asked. i can feel any moment tutulo na yung luha ko. "Is it true?!" i shouted.
"Hon let me explain." tumayo na sya para lumapit sakin. i raised my hand to stop him.
"answer me Edward. totoo ba?" i asked again.
"Its true Andrea." Danica answered.
"i'm not talking to you Danica. shut up!" i shouted. ngumisi lang si Danica. i gripped my arms tight. i might kill Danica if i dont.
"Danica, leave." Edward said firmly.
"Buut-"
"Just leave! i'll deal with you later!" he shouted. walang nagawa si Danica kundi umalis.
ear shattering silence filled the room.
"i'm sorry Hon." he said when he broke the silence.
"so its true?" i said in a breathless voice. not again.
"after her send off party. i woke up naked and she's beside me naked too." nanlulumong sabi nya. nanghihinang napaupo ako sa sofa sa receiving air nya. he went to me to assist me but i raised my hand to stop him.
"god!" i exclaimed. tears started falling from my eyes. "panu mo nagawa sakin yan Edward? panu mo nagawa ulit sakin to?" nanghihinang sabi ko.
"Hon let me explain please." umiiyak at nagmamakaawang sabi niya.
"wag muna ngayon. sarado pa yung isip ko." tumayo na ko para sana lumabas ng pinto pero bago ko pa mabuksan niyakap na nya ko mula sa likod.
"i'm sorry Hon." he said while crying.
i slowly removed his arms from my waist.
"just let me go."

nanghihinang napaupo ako sa sahig pagkalabas ni Andrea sa pinto.
Bat ngayon pa? bat ngayon pa kung kelan okay na kami.
"God." i moaned and cried like a baby. damn its so gay but only Andrea can make me cry like a helpless child.
with me cheating on her six years ago. it took her a lot of years to mend and finally talk to me. but the way i see it. i dont think she'll ever forgive me for getting Danica pregnant. Damn.
and i'm begging God and all the saints who can hear me right now.
dont let me lose Andrea forever.
