"Rachael!!! Wait!!! Up!!!" Moriah said sounding very out of breath. I was head of the track team back in Washington so I was extremely fast(also the Element of wind helped)

"Rachael!! We aren't as fast as you!!!" Dominic called to me.

"Weren't you on the track team??" I asked not sounding out of breath at all.

"Yes!! But I'm heavier than you!!" He said.

"That's a terrible excuse!!" I said, "if we keep up this pace we should get there in about seven hours or so!!"

"Seven hours or so!?" Dominic whined, "that's forever!! We can't run this long!!"

"You've already been running an hour!!" I said.

"We have been?!" He asked.

"No!!!" I said, "we've only been running for five minutes!!" I heard groans behind me. Dominic had tripped and fallen on his face. Moriah poked him to make sure he was ok. I walked back to where he was,and stared at him sprawled on the forest floor.

"Can you walk??" I asked. I heard moans and groans from him. The noises sounded like a no. I sighed and helped him to his feet.

"I think I broke my ankle." He moaned.
'We should just leave him' I thought 'but he is my boyfriend so I can't! Dang it!!' I screamed in my head.  "I am gonna try to heal it.. It might hurt but I am going to try," I said.

"How are you gonna heal it?" Moriah asked, "there's nothing here we can use!"

"The plants have all we need!" I said while spitting on the ground. A small vine shot out of the ground where my spit was.

I pointed at Dominic's foot and the vine wrapped itself around his leg. Dominic looked absolutely terrified at what it was doing.

"Stop squirming! If you keep moving it won't be able to find the break!" I said.

"How's that gonna heal me?" Dominic asked still looking scared.

"It's going to drill I microscopic hole in your leg like a shot. And when it gets done drilling it will weld the bones back together... Extremely simple process!" I said brightly. Dominic looked at me in horror. He did, however, manage to hold still.

"Look! It wasn't that bad, right?" I asked him. He gulped. And stood there in complete shock of what had happened.

"Oh! Don't be a wimp!" Moriah said, "come on! Let's go!" She said.

"Can you walk? Or do you still need to recover from the shock?" I asked.
"I will be good... But can we please walk?" He asked.

"Why don't we jog. That's in moderation of both of the things we want to do!" I said.

"Ok! Sounds good!" He said brightly. We began jogging. It was not as fast as I would have liked to go, but it was quicker than walking! It was getting dark now. We had been jogging for about four hours. We were now probably half way there.

"Ok! Let's take a rest.. I am pumped but I know you two are probably tired!" I said while turning around. They were pouring sweat and gasping for breath.
"I thought the fire Element made you athletic and strong...." I said while walking back to them.

"Yeah!! But not for stuff like this!!! I am pretty sure neither one of us have run this far in our lives ever!!" Dominic whined.

"Toughen up!!!" I said while sitting down, "that was nothing! I would have been tired if I had been going full speed right now.. But since I was jogging this was like skipping through a field of daisies!"

Dominic gave me a rather dirty look.
"I am thirsty!" He said. I pointed my index finger at him and squirted him in the face. He was not amused by my shenanigans. I gave him a grin and then laughed.

"Do me!!" Moriah said. I did the same to her but all over her clothing.

"I can dry you off if you want me to." I said.

"There's no need. This feels amazing!!" She said while laughing. We all began laughing. I created a small cloud over us that snowed to cool us off.

"We should get to the caves of Xardon tomorrow.. If we keep up the pace." I said happily.

"So what exactly is our plan for when we get there?" Dominic asked.

"Try to get Eric," I said simply.

"What if it's harder than you think?" He asked.
"Well.... We have weapons and you have me... I think our chances are pretty good!" I said brightly. (I really was not this confident. But I knew that if I gave them their actual odds we would fail.)
