We were almost there now. 'Five more miles' I said in my head over and over again. Dominic and Moriah were still exhausted. I made them run all night.

Dominic whined about how hungry he was! Moriah and I were about to kill him. Sure, we were hungry too,but he had to whine about it.(this just proves women are stronger than men)

Eventually we caught some food to shut him up. I shot the deer with my bow of ice and cooked it over a fire Moriah made. If we had not done this we would have been to the caves by now.

"This here is why women belong in the kitchen!" Dominic had said while taking a bite of deer meat. Moriah and I kicked him in the shins repeatedly.

"And this is how relationships end!" I said while kicking him in the shin again.

"Gosh!!! Stop!!! Kicking me!!!!!" He yelled. Moriah and I looked at each other, and in perfect timing we gave him a good kick.

"That!! Was the most!!! Sexist remark I've ever heard in my life!!!!!!" Moriah yelled at him.

"Hey!! Rachael, I thought you were my girlfriend!!! Stop kicking me!!" He said

"Nope!! Not with a mind that thinks like that!!!!" I had said. Later Dominic did apologize.

I was still mad at him right now,and I know Moriah still was.(no one easily gets over a thing like that...)

We were now approaching the caves my phone said. We were more than thirty yards from them. I took off in a sprint. I was now directly on the red dot that was on my phone. I did not see any caves. I did not even see a rock of any type.

"I don't see anything!!" Dominic said.

"You don't say!?!" I said sarcastically. He gave me an offened look and sat down. When he sat down there was an odd clank.

"What was that?" I asked while running over to him.

"I don't know! All I did was sit down!" He said.

"Well then stand up..." I said. He stood up. Underneath him was a metal plate with Element rune on it.

"What does it say?" Dominic asked.

"You're voice bothers me... Maybe if Moriah asked the question I will answer," I said.

"What does it say?" Moriah asked.

"Ahhh much better! It says 'you have to wait for day.' That's convenient! It is like seven minutes past eleven right now!! We came all this way for waiting?!?" I said angrily.

"Don't give up hope yet! Don't you have the Element of Light?" She asked me. I nodded my head, "try making the largest ball of pure Light you can,"

"Ok. I'll give it a try!" I said. I focused all of my energy on making the ball of Light as big as possible. The ball of Light started out about as big as a basketball and grew from there. Eventually it got as big as me.

"Where do I shoot it!?!" I yelled to Moriah.

"Try the ground!!" She yelled back. I aimed for the ground and let go.
It felt like an earthquake. Rocks were also shooting straight up out of the ground! I ran back towards the woods for cover, and so did Moriah and Dominic. When I thought everything had died down we began walking towards the cave.

My stomach began churning as we got closer and closer. The caves gave off an eerie feeling. I was very sure Moriah and Dominic felt it too. We decided to hold hands as we moved in closer.

"What's this?" Dominic asked pointing to some small writing on it.
"What's it say?" I asked.

"It says you must have a.... Run!" He said. It was too late. Two figures of pure darkness appeared behind us.

"It said you needed a darkness escort," Dominic finished.

"No talking!" One of the escorts hissed at us. We all flinched when he talked. He had a very raspy, dry voice. They grabbed us from behind and led us in.

I was terrified. I had absolutely no idea what was about to happen to any of us. If we died it would be all on me. I tried to push that thought to the back of my head, but it was not working very well at all.

"Lord Alexander wishes to see you," said the Darkness guard on my right.

"What!? Alexander is my father's name!!" I screamed.
