"Hey! Give the papers back!" _______ shouted when Taehyung suddenly appeared behind her back and snatched her work from underneath her nose.
"What's this?" he asked as he brought the sheets closer to his face so he could read the words written on them. "In Summer, we must have the opportunity to eat outside", he narrated. He was about to read another pointer, but right before he could gather his breath, she snatched the papers back.
"These are some wishes from our classmates that we need to bring to the principal so he can make them true", she answered as she structured the papers.
"That's right. You're the class representatives", he sighed annoyed and took a seat next to her. He stretched his legs, trying to reach for her feet so he could play with them.
From underneath his eyelashes, Jimin glanced up to Taehyung. As he saw him smiling while trying to gain her attention, he felt his heart paining. He knew what he felt for her, he knew it all too well. And he didn't accept it.
Though there was a vengeful feeling covering him, he was always able to suppress that. Taehyung was his best friend, so there was no way he would ever go against him. With a weight on his shoulders, Jimin turned back to the pile of class's dreams for a better school.
"I don't understand why you're even doing this. It's only more stress you have to go through", Taehyung pouted and pulled his feet back, finding no success into receiving her attention.
"We were picked out by the class to do this. The teacher immediately agreed without even hearing our consent. There was nothing for us to decide", Jimin replied what made Taehyung grunt in response. "Oh, and before I forget to tell you, we can't go home together. We still have to go to a meeting with other representatives of the school and we have no idea how long that will take. You can wait for us, but I know you don't really like that."
Taehyung was about to speak out his mind about the growing gap between them, but _______ cut his thoughts off.
"Chimchim, can we really ask for a vending machine? Isn't that a little bit overboard?"
The past few weeks felt lonely to Taehyung not seeing his friends too often. It seemed like he was the only one who could feel their breaking friendship and who could see it nearing. He felt uncomfortable at the idea of it, but already being interrupted once, already made him insecure to try telling for a second time. He slowly felt his value in their lives lessen.
Instead, he let it go and moved his eyes to Jimin, awaiting his answer although he didn't really care about that. He just needed someone to listen to since none bothered to give him an ear.
"If we put healthy food and drinks inside, it must be more acceptable."
"I'm too scared to ask the principal these things", _______ whined as she dropped her head backwards in tiredness. "Tae, you're so lucky you don't have to do this."
Taehyung didn't feel lucky at all being the only left out. Perhaps the extra work sucked, but if only they would be together, then it wouldn't be so big of a problem to him.
"Come on, don't laze around. Are you trying to make me do all of the work?" Jimin asked as he dug his fingers in her neck, making her feel ticklish. Giggling, she pushed him away while in the meantime, she tried to tickle him back.
"Don't tickle me!" she hissed through her laughs. Taehyung gritted his teeth seeing the two playing around. "You know I can't handle —"
The chair screeched against the floor as Taehyung let out a vexing growl and left the room.

Taehyung stared at the paper full with lines carefully drawn by Jimin to point out the route from their school to his house. He never really cared about reading a map because his parents were always around to lead him the way and if not, his friends were. He twisted and turned the little note until he just crumpled and dropped it on the ground in frustration. Then he walked off, taking a random path he just felt like was the right route. He hated it that his friends gave more importance to their stupid class job instead of their best friend who was in need of them. Furiously, he kicked against a deserted stone, making it shoot forward.
Arriving at a shopping district, he decided to turn right into a convenience store and buy something to eat because his stomach was roaring as usual. He stood between the different cups of noodles, trying to figure out which one was fitting to his mood. He wished he could just buy each and every one of them and put them all together. A lightbulb shone bright at that idea, wanting to make this dream become reality.
"Do you need help with that?" a girl giggled.
