Sunder Fanfiction

It was hot flying over the desert as Sunny flew to see her fellow Sandwings. She had already saw her mother and was now flying to see the dragon who had kept her captive for awhile. Smolder. His name sounded fierce and almost sweet at the same time. Sunny loved this and was excited to go and see him after the crazy school she was running. Sunny didn't even stop for breaks and got to the prince's kingdom shortly.

"Hey you," called Smolder as she reached the entrance to the kingdom.

"Hello!" shouted Sunny. Sunny had nothing to worry while being led inside because the war was over and she didn't need to be taken prisoner. Smolder grabbed some food and they both ate.

"So, how's the school going? I've heard it's been crazy," spoke Smolder.

"Oh, it has been crazy! Explosions and some missing students running off to who knows where. It about scared off the other students too!" exclaimed Sunny.

"Ya, that's always hard." Smolder pointed out.

Sunny noticed Smolder was acting formal like a royal always was as she had learned from Glory. I don't mind though. He still is like his old self with his funny/smart hint to him.

They both continued eating as Sunny got shown around the rest of the kingdom. The last time she was there, she was shown only a few places since she was a prisoner. Sunny met multiple dragons such as Snake and Tumbleweed who were the main guards and watched over the Queen as their main priority.

Smolder walked with Sunny through a hall when she felt something tap her leg. She turned around and saw Flower smiling back at her.

"Flower! I missed you!" expressed Sunny. She picked up Flower and swung her around. Smolder also turned around and laughed when he saw them. They continued walking until they came to a room. Sunny gave Flower to Smolder before she stepped inside. It was a library that looked familiar...

Oh, this was the library Smolder kept Thorn and I in when we had tried to escape Sunny thought. This time, the library was cleaner than last time but with still some scrolls all over the place.

"You like it? I tried to fix it since last time," chimed in Smolder.

"Ya! It's much better!" marveled Sunny, "It just needs a bit more work."

Smolder groaned, "No, I don't want to."

"Oh well!" shot Sunny.

Sunny began grabbing scrolls upon scrolls and putting them back inside the shelves. Smolder groaned again before coming over to help Sunny. It started getting cooler as they worked into the night. Their eyes kept struggling to keep open and Sunny put another scroll away before falling asleep.

Sunny woke up in the middle of the night to Smolder tapping her shoulder. He also looked sleepy but Sunny noticed he cleaned up the rest of the library. Good for him thought Sunny. They didn't even speak because they were so tired as Smolder led Sunny out of the library with his wing. They traveled some ways before Smolder motioned Sunny down to his bed. Without resisting, Sunny plopped down and so did Smolder. Sunny didn't even realize until she was asleep that Smolder had circled around her and had too, fallen asleep.
