Dans POV:

Everyone had set up sleeping bags beside the burnt down tent because it still let off heat and I knew they where all asleep so I got up and grabbed my broom. I had to find Phil. I missed him so much already. I just hope he found Alex or something because if he was hurt I wouldn't forgive my self.

I flew for a good 3 hours before I found Alex roaming around with a girl.

"Alex!?" I yelled as I came down from the treetops.

"D-Dan?" He looked over as I landed on the carpet on leaves in the forest.

"Where did you go? The whole tent burnt down Alex!"

"What? No, is Charlie ok?"

"Yeah, he's fine, but Phil went missing. You don't care do you?"

"I do, I'll help you find him. I-I'm-"

"She's not coming, and no apologies." I said as Alex turned to the girl and told her what was going on. "O-ok, good luck." I heard her say before Alex turned to me nodded his head before he got on my broom and came with me.

We searched for hours and yet no sign of Phil. He was alone and I couldn't help him. It was my fault he was hurt. No one else's. I just want one more kiss from my Phil. No warm fire or hot bowl of soup could make me feel better, only the hug of my angel Phil. I tear rolled down my face, Alex saw it as it flew off behind us.

"Dan, a-are you ok?"

"Do I look ok?"

"No..."

"Phil is gone and it's my fault you idiot! My Phil is alone and most likely hurt! If this was Charlie you would be able to live with yourself!" I looked strieght ahead and sped up. I heard Alex sniff a bit before replying.

"I can't live with myself, I yelled at him and told him he was a idiot before he ran off and almost died!" I looked back at him, his eyes teary.

"Then help me find Phil and I'll talk to Charlie, ok?"

"Ok." He sniffed and then looked down. This didn't help the fact that Phil could be dead but it got me less worried.

"Dan, we could check that cabin, it looks occupied." He said as we passed over a lake and cabin.

"Ok." I replied as the cabin grew closer.
