Adopted by Felix and Marzia

New Friends!

I got ready and went downstairs to meet Felix and Marzia's friends. Felix had told me that they were successful YouTubers from America so I was quite nervous, even though my parents were YouTubers.

"Hey Ellie! This is Kalel and Anthony." Felix introduced me to them in the living room. They had arrived early in the morning since the flight was so long.

"Hi, it's nice to meet you!" Kalel hugged me and gave me a small bag. "This is for you." She looked very excited and impatient for me to open it. We went to the dining table and she talked through all of the objects, saying what they are and where she got them from. There were so many nice things like lipsticks, earrings and chocolates all from America. It was really nice of her to give me those things and I thanked her afterwards.

When we went back into the dining room, Felix and Anthony said they were going to go upstairs so that Felix could show Anthony his new games. Me, Marzia and Kalel decided to go on the Wii and play Mario Kart. We had lots of fun and Marzia won every time! We then did some baking and made chocolate muffins. They were so good that we made an extra batch for Anthony and Felix to have for themselves.

It started to get dark and Kalel wanted to do a short video with us. This was the first time that I had appeared in a YouTube video and I was quite scared. They talked about traveling to England and our baking and then they asked me some questions.

When we had finished the video, they complimented me on my 'talking to the camera skills' and Kalel told me that the video would be up on YouTube next week.
