The next day at school wasn't so good.

My first lesson was English. I was tired from not getting to sleep easily the night before so I didn't pay much attention in class. I listened to the two kids in front of me chatting about what they were going to do when one of them goes around to the others house.

"Oh my god! Did you hear about Felix and Marzia??" One of them said. I sunk down in my chair.

"No! What is it??" The other asked.

"Apparently, they moved house and now live somewhere near here!"

"Omg we so need to find out where they live!" I wanted to kill myself right there and then. Why were they so nosey? Why did they have to do this to me?

When the bell went for break time I got out of the class room as quick as I could. Sam spotted me and chased after me down the corridor.

"Ellie!" He shouted. Everyone looked at me. I bowed down my head and walked faster.

"Ellie! Wait up!" He caught up with me.

"What do you want Sam?" I said reluctantly.

"Can I tell my friends now?"

"Tell your friends what?"

"I want to tell them I met Felix and Marzia and that they're my next door neighbours."

"No! I don't want anyone to know! Can you imagine how much hassle that me and my parents would receive?" I looked at him like he was mad. He walked off in disappointment.

Daisy found me. "Hey! You ok?" She asked.

"Yes. I'm fine."

"Good! Look, I was wondering if you would like to come around to my house this weekend?" She looked excited.

"Sure. I will ask my mum when I get home." I didn't particularly want to go to her house but I needed at least one friend. And Daisy isn't actually that bad.

When I got home I asked if I could sleep over at Daisy's house.

"Of course you can!" Marzia said. "I think we should go shopping. We can buy some snacks and a few films for you to take."

Later that night we went to Tesco. we went at night so that there aren't so many people that would hassle us. I chose two films, some popcorn and a packet of Haribos. Marzia spent a long time picking out films for herself. They were all horror films. Not what you'd expect from a really girly girl like Marzia.

I slept better that night. I didn't cry. I dreamt of every one being my friend. Even the bully Millie was my friend. They all wanted to come to my house to have a sleepover. It was weird but I kind if liked it. I liked the idea of everyone liking me.
