Making the Worst of a Good Situation

Chapter 29

We drove to the address that was listed on Luna's bank account. The house seemed dark and dead. We parked across the street and turned off our lights. The house was in a quiet neighborhood. I expected baby kidnappers to live in rundown neighborhoods.

Kai looked around and looked at the house across the street.

"It looks empty." I said.

"Figures. I mean who's dumb enough to actually go home after stealing a baby" Kai hit the steering wheel frustrated.

"Why are we here again?" Ryan asked in the backseat "I never got a real answer from you guys."

"Shhhh. Wait" I hushed as a car pulled into the driveway.

We all ducked in the car as the car turned its engine off. Luna got out of the car looked around quickly and swiftly entered that house.

"There you are." Kai smiled as we stopped ducking "Turns out she is that dumb."

Kai pulled out her computer and began to type. 

"So Sheilah." Ryan sat up between Kai and me. "What are doing?" he whispered to me

"Don't worry about that" Kai said adjusting the makeshift antenna she'd made on her laptop.

"Well I'm on this mission too. I think I should know if we're doing something illegal" Ryan laughed an awkward laugh and a silence fell upon us.

"Wait are we doing something illegal?!" he shouted

"Shhhhh. Someone's coming" Kai whispered looking in the rear view mirror

I looked and saw a flashlight heading our way. 

"Shit." she said closing her laptop "Put your seat all the way back." She demanded as she unbuckled her seat belt and my own.

"Guys I can't get arrested I-"

Kai hushed him and pushed his head down so that he wasn't visible.

"Then be quiet" Kai demanded as Ryan quietly complied.

"What? No he's already seen us it's to late we should leave." My heart started to beat frantically

"I'm leaving." Ryan said as he tried to get up but Kai kept pushing his head down.

"Put your seat back" she demanded again.

"Kai maybe if we-" she reached across me and pulled my seat all the way back so I was laying down.

"What is this going to-" I stopped talking as Kai took off her shirt and revealed her ample bust stuffed into a lacy bra. 

"What are you doing?" I asked.

Kai answered me by straddling me, grabbing my hand and placing them on her butt, and kissing me.

"I'll stick around and see where this goes." Ryan said no longer struggling.

What. The. Fuck.

I stiffly laid there as she continued passionately kissing me. From the corner of my eye I could see a man peeking at us from window. Ryan watched in silence not blinking

I kissed Kai back and put on a show for our peeper. Kai's lips were soft and almost seemed sweet. Woah kissing the enemy here. Calm down. But damn was it hard to calm down. She was great at this. Her tongue explored my mouth, she nibbled on my lips, she ran her fingers through my hair. She then kissed me down my neck. I checked and the peeper had disappeared.

"I think he's gone." I said out of breath from the kiss. Kai slowly sat up and searched conforming that he was gone. She the got off of me and sat back in the drivers seat
