Jesse hid behind Luke and squeezed Ivy’s hand for confidence. I felt the jealousy in me start to rise. I needed a distraction.

“Sorry.” I took my arm away from Cameron’s and lit a cigarette and I offered him one. He smiled and took it, also lighting it. “Seems awfully quiet for an Asking Alexandria bus.” I said. He looked over at me, surprised at my attempt to make small talk.

Cameron opened his mouth and was immediately tackled to the ground. “CAM! WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN?” Ben sprawled over the other guitarist. I stood back, eyes wide.

“I just watched them practice a tad, that’s all.” Cam replied chuckling a bit. Ben frowned.

“Who’s them?” Ben asked looking up for the first time. Our eyes met and I turned bright pink.

“Oh. Sorry. Right then. I don’t think I got your names.” Cam said, blushing. Gage jumped on the opportunity.

“I’m Gage, That’s Alex.” He spun looking for the others. He pointed at Jesse. “That’s Jesse, and the girly is Ivy. Then there’s…” He paused. “Where’s Luke?” I spun, looking over my shoulder for him.

“Over there.” I said shyly, pointing at him, appearing to be deep into conversation with Alex Gaskarth from All Time Low.

Gage smiled. “And that idiot is Lucas.” Ben snorted.

“You should hang out with Luke, Cam. Seems you already have something in common.” He teased, sticking his tongue out.

“Oi! I don’t even want to hear anything from you, dickhead.” James rounded the bus. “Benny, leave poor Cam alone.”

“And what if I don’t want to?” He challenged, jabbing Cam in the ribs, making him squirm, a scowl forming on his face.

“Stop that, you wanker.” He punched Ben in the arm, and then the brawl ensued. Before anyone knew what had happened, Ben was sitting on Cameron and James was wrestling Ben. Sam came around the corner and Ivy blushed, gripping Jesse’s hand.

“What in hell’s kitchen… JAMES, BEN! Get off of Cam!” Sam yelled pulling both boys up by their ears.

“Yes, MUM.” Ben said sarcastically. “Cam, you lazy bastard. You’re burning the food.” He whined, turning the steaks. We all stood there awkwardly.

“I’m not even the one cooking, you lummox! It’s James’s turn anyhow!” Cam argued.

“Hey now, don’t go blaming this shit on me! It’s always your fault, Cam!” James yelled back.

“You two bitch more than an old married couple, I swear.” I knew that voice. Just then, THE Danny Worsnop walked out the tour bus’s door.
