Actually, they have been married for a year now. They got married secretly during their trip to Maldives for M's 22nd birthday.
It was a very intimate ceremony in a chapel in Gili Lankafusi witnessed only by their family. They have worked great lengths to keep the trip from everyone else.

With only the closest and most trusted people in the know, they were able to pull it off. Their marriage was kept secret for 8 months until news of her pregnancy broke out after her first OB Gyne checkup.
People got curious why the famous celebrity couple went to the doctor's office together. Before, the media blew everything out of proportion, R made the announcement about their wedding in Maldives and M's pregnancy. R also apologized and explained why they kept their marriage a secret.
Photos and videos of the wedding was released by the family. The news was received with different reactions. R bravely faced a barrage of interviews and patiently and honestly answered all questions.
The noise of bombarding questions was eventually overcome by the excitement of a big wedding ceremony that will be witnessed by the public.
And so, two months after, on RJ's 26th birthday, that day has finally arrived. ******** Maine stood in front of the huge mirror checking her hair, done with soft waves flowing down her shoulders, small portions just above her either ear were pinned behind her head by a white flower clip to clear her face. Her make-up was done lightly just enough to enhance her naturally beautiful facial features. Her beautiful white dress was of a classic design intended to highlight her curves but still remained conservative.

RJ said he needed to get things done in the reception venue after the ceremony so she was left alone in the villa to change into her second dress for the party.
The wedding ceremony was quiet and beautiful just as she has always wanted it to be. A private event in a makeshift chapel overlooking the sea in an exclusive island in Palawan. R made sure to only invite those very close to them, even the press was limited. It was just as it should be, an intimate union of love between her and her groom.
