Plummet.

I kissed her... I seriously kissed her. What the hell was I on last night?  I guess I just got caught up in the moment. I was crushing big time and I wasn't even hiding it.

I sat up from the floor and looked around the room. The generator in the middle of the floor was still running and the light never faded.
Everyone was still sleep. Actually I'm surprise I'm even awake.. It's was a long night before we found this place and I've been so tired.

I looked over at Lauren who was still sound asleep. She was stunning. The way her hair flowed down her back. The way her knees curled up towards her chest. The way her chest expanded with every breath. She was unbelievable. I smiled and took a deep breath.

I looked over at Dinah who was still sound asleep with Cierra and Max across from her doing the same. I wanted to go back to sleep, to get some rest, but I just didn't feel like sleeping.

Jackets ruffled in the distance. I turned my head towards the noise and saw a pale face poke up from in between the jackets.
Shit a dweller! But not just any dweller. No this one look more.. Human. His arms were buff and I could tell from his scars on his body that he was a fighter. The only reason I could tell he was a dweller was from the chip glowing on the back of his neck that Dinah had informed me on.

I immediately shot my head back down. My eyes widened as I could hear the sounds coming closer towards me. I ducked down as low as possible without making a sound. The dweller was about ten feet away and passed by us without noticing.

I wanted so badly to wake Lauren, to yell at her, to scream but I didn't want to make any noise. I slowly inched my way towards her covering my mouth from making any noise.

I lightly tapped her shoulder in attempt to wake her. She didn't respond so I pinched her on the arm and she turned around viscously.

"Ow! What was that for?!" She yelled at me holding her arm in the process.
She looked at me furiously for waking her up.
I felt bad but quickly remembered that a Dweller was here in this store.. And we needed to leave.

"Shhh.. " I quietly started, placing my index finger over my lips.
"A Dweller. He was just-" I was quickly interrupted by the pull on my ankles.

I fell to the floor being yanked across the store. My hands were stretched above over my head trying to hold onto something solid but I was moving too fast. The dweller must of heard me talking.

"DINAH!!" I heard Lauren call out from behind.

He had moved out the door quickly dragging me with him. I held on tight to the doorframe turning and looking for someone to help. I could see Lauren and Dinah rushing over towards me as fast as they could and Cierra and Max quickly followed.

"Camila!!" Max yelled.

My hands were still on the doorframe. I tried. I really tried to hold on as much as possible but my hands were slipping. I held on until the last three fingers slipped off and I was forced through the air. My world was turned upside down literally. I was hanging upside down suspended almost twelve yards in the air as the blood rushed to my head. I could see Lauren aiming her gun at the Dweller but I quickly put my hands up in defense.

"What the hell are you doing?!?" I yelled as she positioned herself to shoot at me.

"Trust me." Her left eye closed as she focused her shot. Right before Lauren pulled the trigger a sound emerged from the Dwellers lips.

"Shoot me and I'll drop her." he hissed.
I turned around in shock. Dwellers can talk?!  They knew how to speak our language?! Had we ever even tried communicating with them? Dinah had the same pale astonished face that was pasted onto mine. I'm guessing she'd never heard a Dweller speak either.
Lauren calmly lowered her gun a bit and focused her attention to the Dweller.

"Let her go!" she said firmly. Her eyes never leaving the Dwellers.

"As you wish." he said with a devilish smile as he dropped me mid air.

I started to dropped. I panicked and I screamed on my way down. My hands trying desperately to grasp something, something solid, something real, but there was only air. Ten feet, seven feet, four feet...
As I reached closer and closer to the ground I could see nothing but the blue sparkling sky. There weren't any clouds or any trees blocking their way. Just pure sunlight and nothing but Sky. It's was beautiful and I was thankful that it would be the last thing I'd ever see.
