Harry's P.O.V.

I landed at the airport at seven thirty and got off as quickly as possible. I was a little tired since I didn't sleep on the plane. I was too anxious to sleep, but I had to stay awake now in order to be able to greet everyone. Especially Miranda. Gosh, I missed her so much. I missed her laugh, her eyes, her smile, the way she made me laugh- everything. I called for a cab once I passed inspection and everything. I waited outside and called home. Once. Twice. Three times before I got an answer.

"Harry!" mum shouted.

"Hi mum! I'm at the airport."

"Oh! Do you want me to come get you?"

"No, I already called for a cab."

"Oh, dear, I could've came and got you."

I chuckled. "Sorry mum, you'll just have to wait a little longer to see me."

She groaned and I laughed. The taxi showed up and I let my mum go.

"Mr. Styles?" the driver asked.

"Mhm."

"Where to?"

"Home."

I gave him my address and he took me there. I could barely sit still, just thinking of seeing my best friend again. I wonder if she's still the same. I hope she didn't turn into one of those girls that liked to party and drink all the time. She was of legal age now. I shook my head.

No, I thought. She wouldn't do that. She's too good for that kind of stuff.

Soon, I recognized my street and I saw Miranda standing at her window. I smiled and the driver pulled up to my house. My heart jumped around. I payed the driver and got out. I saw the door open and Gemma jumped at me. I laughed and hugged her tight. Mum followed behind, smiling widely. I hugged and kissed her. She sighed.

"I'm so glad that my baby is back."

"It's good to be back."

We went in and they asked me how the tour went. I explained everything. They laughed and told me that they heard about the crazy fan chase in Hong Kong. I rolled my eyes and smiled. That was a crazy day for sure! I then asked them how things were while I was gone. Gemma said that school was great and that she has met new people.

"That's great!" I told her.

Mum told me how the ladies at the bakery missed me. I smiled, remembering my days at the bakery. Gemma talked about school some more while mum made tea.

After two cups, I said that I was going to go visit Miranda.

"Alright dear! Have fun!"

I nodded and Gemma giggled. I didn't see what was so funny but I ignored her. I walked out just as mum yelled.

"Tell her mum that I want to talk to her!"

I gave her a thumbs up and made my way over. I got to the door and took a deep breath before knocking. Her mum opened the door and wrapped me into a hug.

"Harry hon, welcome back! We missed you so much!"

I laughed. "As did I. How have you been?"

She started telling me about her job, the vacation she took not to long ago and how Miranda made a new friend when I left.

"She's just the sweetest thing and-"

A voice from the top of the stairs interrupted her.

"HARRY!"
