Chapter 17

Rayne's POV

After the dance we went home. i went up to Rydels room and changed into sweat pants and a baggy T-shirt. I was beyond tired, the days events had caught up. I trudged down the hall and into Rocky's room. he wasnt in there yet so I just laid down. i still couldnt believe we're together four long years of waiting and guessing of what was going to happen. These thoughts filled my head as I drifted off to sleep.

I woke up slowly opening my eyes to the light. I was pressed against something warm. I rolled over and was face to face with Rocky, " I was wondering when you were going to wake up." his voice was husky from just waking up. " I was comfortable." i said. "Well we have to get up the band has an interview today."

"What time?" i asked moving closer to him.

"About 2."

"What time is it now?"

"Noon." he picked up a piece of my hair and started playing with it. I wrapped my arm around his torso.

"I dont wanna get up." i said.

"Well I'm going to get a shower before all the hot water is gone."

He got up and all the warmth left, once he was in the shower I went over to Rydel's room and got my clothes. I picked out an ice blue camisole and skinny jeans. Once Rocky was done with the shower I hopped in. I scrubbed off the dirt and sweat from yesterday. I dressed and brushed out my hair which was straight right now since it was wet. Today was Saturday so I also had dance practice today at 4, i caught up with the others down stairs. They were all dressed in their favorite colors. We headed out into the car and left.

Sorry its so short i wanted to get something up since its been so long and i am so sorry i havent its just school has been crazy and a lot of drama has happened.
