Mary's POV

I woke up the next day with a jolt. Someone was knocking on the door. I got up and looked at myself in the mirror. I looked horrible my blonde hair was sticking up everywhere, my eyes were red and puffy. The person knocked again. I walked over and opened the door. I saw Rydel.

"Hello. I'm Rydel. I live across the street." She held out her hand for me to shake. I did and said, "I'm Mary Johnston."

"Very nice to meet you Mary. I'm sorry about my brother he's going though a hard time right now. He lost his girlfriend in an accident."

"I understand. I lost my family in a car accident when I was nine. Then my best friends died in a fire early this summer." it was true I had lost my family and friends just not in those ways.

"I'm so sorry." she pulled me into a tight hug, careful not to hurt my casted arm.

"It's okay. Well it was really nice to meet you." I said in a hurry I didn't want her to find out who I was by letting her stay to long.

I turned around to leave but she called out, "Wait!"

I turned back to her, "My parents wanted me to invite you over. So we could get to know you, it's not everyday you get a new neighbor."

I didn't know if it was a good idea or not, "I don't know I'll have to think about it."

"Okay, well when you do just text or call me." she gave me a slip of paper with her number on it.

"Yeah. Thanks." I said.  Rydel smiled and then was gone.

I shut the door the paper said

Come on over around noon if you can. It would be a pleasure to meet you

- The Lynches

I looked at the clock it read 8:00 am. I guess I could go. I went upstairs to get a shower. I picked out a pink shirt with dark blue skinny jeans. I got in the shower. Once I was done it got into the outfit and put on light pink ballet shoes. I brushed out my hair and put the contacts in. I put some natural make up on. I couldn't even recognize myself.

I made a list of things I have to do in my new life

1 Job

2 Drivers Licenes

3 New Phone

4 Dancing

That was all I got. I picked up my purse and headed out the door. I walked though town and got to the mall. I saw a sign at Hollister that said 'Help Wanted' I went in a saw a man around his late 30s.

"Hello miss. What can I do for you?"

"I was wondering if you had a job opening?"

"Yes, Amanda just quit and we are badly short staffed. Riley's the only person who has stayed. Here he is now"

My jaw almost hit the floor.

It was the man who saved me the other day. I looked down at my blue cast and so did Riley. I still had all the injuries Rayne had when he found her only I had blonde hair and green eyes.

"Hello. I'm Riley."

"I'm Mary."

"Well Mary if you want the job. You got it."

"Thank you Mr.-"

"Mr. Presloid." he finished. "Are you a student at Lincoln High?"

"I'm new here so I'll be inrolling later tonight for my last year." I said. Riley kept looking at me.

"Okay, can you start after school Tuesday. Say around 5. Riley will be here to mentor you for your first week."

"Okay. I'll be here. Thank you again Mr. Presloid." I left the shop and made my way across the parking lot to the sidewalk.

"Wait! Mary!" I looked around and saw Riley jogging to catch up with me.

"What?" we began walking with each other.

"Your the girl that I found on the road, only your not." he looked at me confused.

"Don't tell anybody but I dyed and cut my hair. I didn't want those men to find me again." I said quietly. I wasn't lying. It just wasn't the full truth.

"I understand. People are crazy these days."

"I know."

"Why didn't you just run out of the hospital?"

"I don't like them."

"Well maybe we can get to know each other a little better... if you went to dinner with me tonight."

"Are you asking me out on a date Riley?" I was teasing.

"It's just a friendly get together co-workers do to get to know each other. You know I don't want to work with a killer." he laughed but my smiled left my face. if only he knew.

"Well, okay here's my number." I gave him my house number since I didn't have a cell yet.

"Thanks." he smiled and went back to the shop. I checked the time. 10:30. I had till noon.

I walked to a near store and bought a new slidy phone. It wasn't much but it was a phone. I then headed to the studio. I went in and saw Miss Rose crying on the phone. I stayed back. She hung up and five minutes later regained herself. Miss Rose finally noticed me.

"Hello. How may I help you?"

"I wanted to sigh up for dance. I love it."

"Of course. We just lost one of our own. Rayne. She was like a daughter to me. Best dancer I've even known." she teared up and so did I.

"She was found dead this morning. Her body was burnt and. . .the pain she must've felt." my eyes got wide there was no body I was right here. No.

"I'm sorry. I have to go. I'll be back later. I'm late for work." I ran, I didn't stop till I got to the Lynches house I knocked on the door frantically.

"Um.. hey Mary." it was Rocky.

"Turn. . . on. . . the. . . news. . . now."  breathed out.

I followed him inside, he gathered everybody into the living room and turned on the T.V.

There on the T.V. was the supposed burnt and mangaled body of Rayne. I chocked back a sob. I had to pretend that I knew her slightly. Rocky was full out crying along with Rydel, Ross and their parents. Ryland was no were to be scene. Riker was comforting Rocky. I didn't know how much longer I was going to be able to keep it from them.

Hope you liked it I made it long. For Mary I see Sarah Michelle Gellar in the 4th or early 5th seasons of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. As for Riley, Misha Collins who plays Castiel (Cas) in Supernatural because he's just awesome. Tell me what you think should happed plus what you think is going to happen.
