Mary's (Rayne's) POV

I shot up screaming. The worst nightmare you could ever imagine times ten, that was what I saw. I looked around I was in a hospital. How could I have gotten here? Where the Lynches here? Did they forgive me? A doctor and staff of nurses ran in a man following behind them. He tall with blue eyes and jet black hair, who was he? Why was he here? I've never seen him before.

"Miss?" the doctor asked he was an elderly man.

"Yeah?"

"How are you doing? We got you all cleaned, bandaged, and stiched up." I looked at myself, my arm was in a navy blue cast, my collar bone was stiched and bandaged. Many of my other cuts and bruises had been treated too.

"Can you tell you tell us what happened before Mr. Wright found you."

"I was taking a walk and I lost track of time. My phone had died and I was alone when a group of men attacked me. I got away but I guess I passed out and then I guess he found me."

"Okay. What is your name? Do you have family we can contact?"

"My names Mary. Mary Johnston. And uh... no all my family has passed."

"So Mary you are free to go home. I have prescribed pain killers."

I jumped out of the bed and walked to the door. "No thanks. I won't need them."

"Miss, you-"

I cut him off, "I'm fine." he gave a disapproving look. I rolled my eyes and left. I was in my neighborhood. Good sorta. I quickly, and gently, went to my house. I cast a longing glance at the Lynches house. They were home, I could see a few of them threw the window. My heart dropped when I saw Rocky. He seemed distant, Riker went up to him but got no reaction from his younger brother. Tears formed behind my eyes. I went into my abanded house. It looked the same as the last time I was here. Destoryed.

I went into my mothers safe, there was 5,ooo dollars in it. This will help me get started in my new life. I grabbed three big duffle bags and went into my old room. I emptied my drawers of clothes into one bag, a few belongings books, and money into the other. I went down into the basement. I didn't know why but my father had collected an assortment of weapons. I grabbed a sawed off shotgun, a few small pistols and ammo. I grabbed knives, from throwing to hunting. I also got out my old bow and arrows from when I use to hunt. I put them in the last bag. I went into the bathroom stripped out of my destroyed clothes and turned the shower on. I peeled off the bandages and put a bag over my cast. I got in the shower, the water felt amazing on my beat up body. I scrubbed myself clean careful of the cuts and my cast. I got out and dressed in a simple navy blue dress that came down right passed my knees. None of the Lynches would recognize me in a dress, even if they looked hard. I never wore them. I braided my hair. Grabbed 100 dollars. A sweater since my leather jacket was torn to shreds. I pulled on flats and left. I would return but first I had to get somethings. It would be my birthday in two weeks so I would be an adult soon. It would also be Rocky's birthday. My heart fell. God this wasn't going to be easy. I walked downtown to the nearest store. I got a new leather jacket, hair dye, and light blue colored contacts.

I got back home and went back upstairs. I took a look in the mirror. I loved my brown hair but I was Mary now. I took a deep breathe and got to work. Three hours later I was unrecognizable. I had honey blonde hair that was straight and came just passed my shoulders. Yes I had cut, dyed, and permenatly straightened my hair. My once green eyes were a striking light blue/green. Mary Johnston. I would never get use to it.

Where was I going to go now? I couldn't stay in LA, it's too big of a risk. But I have no where to go. Would I be fine? I was unrecognizable, I don't know. I looked at my, I mean Rayne's, phone. She had 55 text messages all of the Lynches had sent her some. She opened the first one. It was from Rydel.
