Chapter 13

Natsu

We all had finally evacuated everyone, when suddenly, we heard an explosion. "Lucy!" I ran towards the arena to see Lucy on her knees.

"Lucy!" I ran towards her.

     "N-Natsu! Heaven's Barrier!" I slammed into an invisible shield. Fairy Tail and Sabertooth were right behind me. We all tried to break down the barrier.

     "Lucy! Let us help you!" Erza screamed.

    "You can't! He's too powerful for you guys!!!" She yelled back at us then roared, "Elemental Dragon's Roar!" All of the elements shot out from her mouth. The guy in front of her easily dodged it.

     "Pu-lease Princess. You may have defeated me before, but I've gotten stronger. I will destroy you."

"Lucy!" I transformed into my Half-Blood form along with Wendy and Gajeel. We all tried to break the barrier in the air, while Sting and Rouge attacked from the ground with the Fairy Tail and Sabertooth. We all tried, but failed.

"Stop it Natsu. She's made up her mind." First Master said.

"I can't. What if I lose her again?" I said, still attacking the barrier.

    "You won't. She defeated him once, she can do it again." She says. I couldn't help but agreed with the First.

I don't know how you're going to do it Lucy, but promise me that you will come back.

"I promise Natsu!" she shouts. I don't know, but I believe her.

Lucy

I promised Natsu that I would come back safely. Don't worry, Natsu. I never go back on a promise.I decided to use The Dragon's Demise.

I, the princess, summon all dragons

Lend me thy power and strength

Help me through this crisis

For you swear the allegiance of your own to me

Bring forth your powers to destroy my enemy

I cast The Dragon's Demise!

The dragons appeared and my hair, clothes, and eyes changed. "Death of the Dragon's Attack!" Streams of elements shots out of my mouth and the dragon's, and aimed at the Forbidden One. The dust swirled around him.

"Did you really think that spell would again on me?" No, it can't be... The dust settled down, revealing the Forbidden One unscathed. The dragons disappeared and my clothes, eyes, and hair turned back to the way it was before. I'm so sorry, Mavis-nee.I stood up and shouted, "Mavis-nee! Serenity! If I don't come back, you know what to do!"
