I'm Not A Weakling

Chapter 15

Natsu

     Demon Lucy turns back into her Half-Blood form. "You don't deserve to live." She said with an evil grin on her face.

     "No Lucy! You're losing it!" First Master said, but Lucy ignored her. 

     "Death would be a suitable punishment." Her fingernails started to grow longer and sharper. The man on the ground started to tremble in fear. 

     "P-Please, Princess Lucy. I-I want to live. Forgive m-me." He said shakily. 

     Lucy's face softened a bit, then her fingernails went back to normal. Is the real Lucy back? Lucy knelt down in front him, her right hand on his shoulder. "Forgiveness...

..

...denied." Her left hand passed through his chest, making him cough up blood. She retracted her hand, pulling out his heart. "Ooh, this one's a keeper!" She said, admiring it. She started to tear him from limb from limb. I couldn't take it anymore.

     "Lucy! This isn't you!" I shouted at her. The demon in front of me pouted. "But this is me, Natsu. I'm right in front of you." She waves her hand, and all of the blood was transferred into a glass vial. She popped open the cap and drank it. "Hmm. Sweet with a hint of iron."

    "Lucy! You're not you!" First Master shouted. 

    "Shut up, you Fairy bitch!" She yelled back.  Now if I'm not needed here, I'm off to go 'play' some more." Lucy vanishes.

     First Master told us to meet her at the Sun Bar, while Sabertooth took Sting and Rogue with them to find Lucy. For the next a half hour, I flew around aimlessly, hoping that the Lucy I knew would come back demon-free. Sadly, she didn't.

     "Natsu-san, you finally here." Wendy said. 

     "Sorry if I'm late. Now, First Master, what happened back there? What's with Lucy?" The First started to explain. 

     "To answer your first question, that man you saw was the Forbidden One. He was formerly known as Yoshirou the Pure Dragon. He was the wisest dragon in the land until he stumbled upon the forbidden arts. He started to have beliefs much similar to Zeref's. Those black marks on him, that is the effect of the black magic on his body. During Lucy's training, she had encountered many things, including Yoshirou. As for Lucy's demonic side, the Demon King had a grudge on the Dragon Queen, so he cast a curse on Lucy, binding the demon and Lucy as one. He says that Lucy will be the end of the Dragons. Luckily, Mother found out about the curse and sealed it before it could ever be released."

     "Wait, before Demon Lucy appeared, you said that she almost didn't make it the last time. Are you saying that this happened before?" Gray asked. 

     "Sadly, it did. She still regrets it from this very day. But that her story to tell." First Master stands up and so did Serenity. "But of now, we need to get Lucy back before she causes any more trouble." The First and Serenity left the bar.

     "It's only been a few minutes. What other harm did she do?" I asked. 

     "See for yourself." Master handed me a recording lacrima. The lacrima showed me Lucy in a recently destroyed village in flames. She was in the middle of the destroyed village and holding  someone by the neck, then smacked their head so hard that it flew right off its body. No, this isn't happening.'

     Lucy dropped the body and turned her head to where the lacrima was. "Oh? Fairy Tail, are you watching? If so, then look around!" She picks up the lacrima and spins it around, giving us a complete view of the devastation. 

     "This is my—wait let me think. . . carry the two . . . subtract 7 . . . multiply by 4 . . . I got it! So far, I've destroyed 10 villages, so that's over 2000 people! Whooo! New record! So anyway, gotta go!" She destroys the lacrima and the screen goes blank. I dropped the lacrima and started to shake. 10 villages? Over 2000 people?

     "We have to go and save Lucy!"

     "The First and Serenity will take care of her. I don't know how. She never told us specifically, but I know it's going to hurt both Mavis and Lucy." Master said.

     I wanted to run out of the bar and save Lucy myself, but the bar doors swung open, revealing a blonde and dark-haired Dragon Slayers. 

      "Please, someone, anyone, help us!" A reddish-brown Exceed said while carrying the blonde.

     "Fro thinks so too!" The green Exceed in a frog costume said, carrying the dark-haired one. I recognized their scents. It was Sabertooth's Twin Dragon Slayers, Sting and Rouge.  

      "What happened to you guys." I asked them. 

     "L-Lucy," Sting said. "She attacked us." And they both passed out.

While everyone was focusing on Sting and Rouge, no one had noticed a certain Script mage disappear from the bar.
