The next morning, Jeremy woke up feeling the softness of his bed and the pillow under his head. He could hear the wind blowing against his window and the leaves flowing in the wind. The teen then sat up and stretched his arm hearing a 'crack' then rubbed his eyes. He looked over towards his night stand and saw a note, he reached over and picked it up bringing it for him to see.
"Good morning sunshine! I had to leave early for work this morning, I made something for you too! It's in the fridge. Well I love you baby, I'll see you when I get home!
Love always, Mom"
Jeremy smiled as he read the note then got up from his bed and rubbed his eyes again then walked over to the bathroom. He looked at himself in the mirror letting out a yawn then grabbed the comb starting to brush through his fluffy hair. After that he brushed his teeth with his green tooth brush and minty toothpaste. Finally he went into the kitchen anxious to see what was awaiting for him in the fridge. When he opened it his face lit up to see a fresh Lemon baked pie on a plate looking as delicious as ever. He quickly grabbed it then shut the fridge. Jeremy placed it on the table then grabbed a fork and quickly sat down, he could already taste the sweet taste of the pie. He licked his lips then finally took a bite. As he chewed he slowly closed his eyes embracing every bite he took them finally swallowed.

"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to Jeremy! Happy Birthday to you!" Mrs. Fritgarald sang as she brought her son a lemon cream pie to him as he sat on the table with his face lit up seeing the candle burn bright.
"Make a wish Sunshine!" Mrs. Fritzgarald exclaimed as she placed the pie in front of her son giving the warmest and brightest smile.
Jeremy closed his eyes and waited for a few moments then opened them back up and gave a gentle blow. The candle light blew away leaving darkness around himself. Mrs. Fritzgarald then opened the blinds, making the light of the sun lighten up the entire room.
Jeremy squinted his eyes from the brightness.
Mrs. Fritzgarald came over to her son and hugged him tightly and kissed his forehead.
Her warm arms made Jeremy feel safer then ever then hugged her back listening to her soft heartbeat.
She then let go and sat beside her son giving him the warmest smile.
Jeremy smiled back then grabbed his fork and took a glance at the Lemon pie then finally took a bite.
His eyes widened, it was very sweet, it was wonderful! Pretty sure it was one of the best things he's ever tasted. Jeremy swallowed the piece of pie in his mouth then quickly took another bite.
This was the best birthday Jeremy could ever ask for, better then every other birthday he had with his father. Sometimes he was never given a birthday because usually they couldn't afford it, or his father was the one to ruin it, but this time was different, this time it felt like an actual birthday he can remember for years to come! He looked at his mother with the biggest smile then reached over and hugged her tightly feeling arms wrap around him and a soft kiss on his cheek.
"I couldn't ask for a better birthday..."
__________

Jeremy took his last bite of the lemon pie licking the cream on his lips then got up with the empty plate with crumbs into the sink.
He let out a sigh then went back in his room. The teen then laid on his bed and stared at the ceiling thinking about yesterday. It then occurred to him. The flier! He quickly got up then rushed to his closet. He sorted through the other shirts, sweatshirts and sweaters until he found the one he was wearing yesterday and reached into the pocket feeling a piece of paper then grabbed it pulling it out.
He read the flier for Freddy Fazbears Pizzeria then walked over toward his bed and placed it on his night stand. He stretched then decided to get dressed and look presentable. He put on his favorite oversized green sweater and some khaki pants. He went into the bathroom to check to see if his hair was okay. He saw that his bangs were out of place so he grabbed the comb and brushed through his bangs brushing it in front of his eyes. He then placed it down and walked back into his room then grabbed the flier again. The teen saw the name of the street where the pizzeria was at on the flier then grabbed his phone and house keys from his desk and rushed out of his house locking the door behind him. He turned around and saw the sun peering through the clouds. Shining onto the teens face. Jeremy covers his eyes from the brightness then walked down the street toward Freddy Fazbears.
