Jeremy and Fritz arrived at his comfy home, the teen was thinking to himself on how he started to realize that he was starting to actually understand what these emotions he had around his coworker were. Fritz gave the teen some advice and kept Jeremy's secret just as he promised.
Jeremy was thankful to be friends with the ginger haired and nerdy adult, he was very trustworthy and helpful. Jeremy then later decided to walk back to his coworkers apartment.
When he arrived Mike was asleep on his couch looking rather uncomfortable. Jeremy rolled his eyes then walked over and grabbed the navy blue blanket then threw it over Mike and looked at his sleepy face against the pillow under his head. Jeremy couldn't help but smile then sat on the other couch starting to fall asleep himself until he heard a vibration from the coffee table and saw Mikes phone, he received a text. Jeremy didn't want to be a snitch but couldn't help but just squint his eyes to see who it was.

Doll💜: Hey Mikey 😘 Just wanted to see maybe we can maybe meet up later tonight and go to that new restaurant that opened up down the street from my house, let me know what time and I'll see ya then! Love u!

Jeremy growled under his breath feeling that same emotion he was getting last time but then felt a wave of sadness kicking in instead of anger.
He looked away bringing his knees close to himself with his messy burnet hair.

'It's only a matter of time until things will get better Jeremy... Things will get better... Things will get better... Things will get better'

The words kept repeating his mind until he heard a moan and turned his attention toward his coworker who was sitting up and rubbing his head with a little drool on his lip.
"The hell- Jeremy? When did you get here? I thought you were at the hospital" Mike said as he noticed the teen. Jeremy looked down then responded,"F-Fritz picked m-me up... T-they said t-they called you b-but you never answered s-so Fritz was able to pick m-me up instead"
"Oh well sorry I was real busy this week and last week" Mike spoke making an excuse rubbing his eye.
Jeremy sighed knowing he was hanging out with Doll all week long so what was the point for lying about it. Mike then reached over grabbing his phone seeing he got a text then smiled with a little pink appearing on his face. Jeremy paid no attention to it until he heard a ring come from mikes phone. He looked over and saw an annoyed expression on his face then answered the phone.
"Hey boss" Mike responded. His mood then began to change almost like a worried expression ." What but- sir the kid can't handle-" he was cut off then let out a sigh." Yes sir..." He said as he hung up.
"W-what happened...?" Jeremy asked." Boss said that one of the guys working the day shift just quit and needs me to fill it in instead" Mike responded.
" W-what?! B-but I-i don't think I-I'll be able to-"
"You'll be fine, Jeremy" Mike told the teen in a serious tone not even looking at him." B-but what if t-they'll-"
"You'll. Be. Fine"
Jeremy flinched pulling his legs closer to himself wrapping his arms around them looking down. Moments passed and Jeremy noticed his coworker groaning in pain with his eyes shut and his hand against his temple. Before Jeremy could ask what was wrong Mike already got up and walked to his room slamming the door. Jeremy flinched again letting out a gasp. Two hours passed until 1:30 PM came around. Jeremy decided to get up and check on his friend. His heart beat started beating faster and faster by the second every footstep he took down the hallway toward Mikes door. He hesitated starting to shake but finally knocked three times and stepped back waiting for a response. All he heard was groaning and started to get chills.
"M-Mike? A-are you okay...?" Jeremy asked timidly. The moaning continued then shouting.
"GET OUT OF MY FUCKING HEAD!!! STOP! LET ME GO-"
Jeremy gasped then tried turning the nob but it was locked.
"M-Mike! Mike open the door!!!" Jeremy started shouting. He kept hearing shouting from the other side of the door, Jeremy then backed away and charged toward the door with his arm. It was painful but he kept doing it until finally he barged inside falling to the floor. He rubbed his head then looked up into the dark room with the blinds shut. Jeremy got up then saw Mike on the ground curled up, hands on his head with his beanie off, and his scars bleeding down his head smearing his fingers.
"M-Mike?!" Jeremy exclaimed rushing over to his coworker getting to his knees.
Jeremy's eyes widen in fear when he sees Mikes eyes midnight black, and clear white pupils, he had tears in his eyes streaming down his cheeks.
Jeremy was scared he didn't know what to do. He put his hands on Mikes broad shoulders helping him sit up.
"M-Mike snap out of it! P-please!" Jeremy cried. All his coworker did in response was narrow his midnight eyes and clear white gaze down breathing heavily along with whimpering. Blood dropped down from Mikes head and dripped onto Jeremy's soft hand. The teen began to cry, he hated seeing his friend in pain and there was absolutely nothing he could to do about it.
"Mike please! I-I want to see your b-blue eyes again! PLEASE!" Jeremy exclaimed. He didn't care he hugged his coworker tightly. He felt drops of blood drip onto his shoulder as he hugged Mike digging his fingers onto his shirt. He shut his eyes tightly with tears streaming down his cheeks.
He didn't feel warm arms wrap around him, all he could feel was a cold chest against his head, and his heartbeat beating fast.
"M-Mike please come back! I-I need you! I-I..." Jeremy trailed off running his hand on the back of Mikes neck feeling the blood drip onto his hand but didn't care. The dark room surrounded the two.
Mike blinked a few times, regaining his vision, feeling warm little arms wrapped around him, and a fluffy head beneath his chin. Mike put his head down in the teens hair closing his eyes slowly.
Not a moment later Jeremy felt arms wrap around his back. He shot open his eyes then looked up with his eyes widened seeing the icy blue eyes again.
"M-Mike...?"
His coworker looked down toward the teen with dry blood from his scars running down the side of his cheek mixing with tears. They both gazed into one another's eyes, green meeting with blue.
"M-Mike what happened..." Jeremy asked ever so calmly wiping his coworkers tears smearing his fingers.
"Don't ever leave me Jeremy... Please..." His faint words made Jeremy get chills." O-okay... I-I won't... I-I promise" The teen replied still staring into the blue and chilling gaze.
Before Mike tried speaking again he grunted shutting his eyes putting his hand against his bloody head. The teen let out a gasp,"H-hold on I-I'll get some b-bandages...!".
Jeremy then helped Mike up on his bed then rushed over to the bathroom opening the cabinet. He finally found the bandages then quickly grabbed them and rushed back over to his coworker. He sat beside him then started wrapping Mikes head as gently as he could. Once he was finished he saw the blood smearing through but not to bad." I-I'll get a r-rag to help c-clean your face" Jeremy spoke softly as he got up walking over and grabbing a towel. He turned on the bathroom sink putting the tip of the towel with cool water. He shut it off then walked back over to his coworker then applied the cold rag on him with dry blood smeared against skin. The blood disappears from his face slowly as Jeremy wiped the rag on the bloody stains. Moments later and Mikes face was finally clean. Jeremy placed the bloody rag down next to the bandages then looked at his hands, they were covered in some dry blood.
Jeremy then heard a whisper and turned toward his coworker who was looking down and upset.
"W-what was that...?" Jeremy asked. Mike turned his eyes toward Jeremy's then placed his hands on the teens shoulders pulling him in nose to nose. The teen started to feel warm showing a flush of pink on his cheeks.
"I'm so sorry... Please don't leave me Jeremy please don't! " Mike finally spoke with desperation in his voice tugging the teen in hugging him putting his hand in Jeremy's fluffy hair stroking it softly. Jeremy took a moment but then finally wrapped his arms around his coworkers back. The teen didn't even want to ask, all that mattered was that he had his friend back and he was okay.
"I-it's okay... It's okay... I-I'm not going anywhere..." Jeremy said softly feeling Mikes arms wrap tighter around him and his hand through his hair.

I-I promise I-I'm not going anywhere Mikey...
