"C'mon Moony, we're almost there. Just few more steps," I coaxed. Sirius and I were supporting Remus as we walked towards the hospital wing; Peter had run up ahead to inform Pomfrey. It had been a particularly rough full moon; Remus was bleeding all over the place, and he had taken a nasty knock to the head when he transformed back. It's safe to say that he was in no great condition.
"Shit," Sirius muttered as he tripped over Remus' foot and we all went tumbling down.
"Hey, boys, what's going- Oh my!" A feminine voice exclaimed as she ran up to us. I glanced up to see a worried looking Ashlynn. Sirius laughed.
"Ashlynn. Why the insect dress?" She rolled her eyes.
"I have a presentation in herbology on insects that help or hurt different plants and I want to look the part. What happened? Is Remus okay?"
"Hey Ash, do you want to help us? It was a rough night," I asked her. She quickly nodded, pulling one of Remus' arms around her shoulders.
"I've got him, you guys go rest."
I raised a brow.
"You mean to tell me that you, a tiny, short girl, will be able to support a six foot three werewolf the rest of the way?" I sarcastically inquired. She narrowed her eyes.
"Yes. Now go." She demanded, slowly starting to pull a delirious Remus towards the wing. I sighed and looked at Sirius.
"There's no changing her mind, let's go," I stated, defeated as we turned around. Sirius chuckled.
"How is that girl in Slytherin?" He asked. I pursed my lips. I knew the reason, as did she. But that was a story to tell when we were all well.
"Who knows. I think the real question here is, when will those two lovebirds finally get together?" I changed the subject. He chuckled.
"When they stop being the most oblivious people on the planet and realize they like each other."
"Why don't we help them?"
He looked at me as I smirked.
"How might we do that?"
I said the password to the Fat Lady and we fell onto some couches.
"I dunno. We are the most obnoxious people in Gryffindor, maybe even the entire school." I reminded him, laughing.
"I'm just going to tease them relentlessly. You can continuously assure them that the other person likes them. Deal?" Sirius planned. I grinned.
"Deal."
