I woke up to crying. “Where are they?” I asked still groggy. “Its ok Jacob is handling them.” Dad said, squeezing my hand. “Really? Doesn’t sound like it.” I told him sitting up in the bed. “Your right.” He said “Jacob!” he called. “Yes? Oh, hunny your up!” “You do know you could of woken me up if you needed to.” I told them both. “We know but Carlisle wouldn’t let us. He said you need to rest.” Jacob said still trying to calm down Chloe. “Pass her here.” I told him. He gave her to me and as soon as she was in my arms she was sound asleep. “Well, she is mummy’s little girl!” Dad said with a smile. I smiled with her. I placed my hand on her cheek and showed here her whole family. Her mum, dad, brother, her grad-parents, her grad-auties and grad-uncles, her great-grad parents. She smiled as I showed her my face again. “She is a beauty!” Dad said grabbing all the towels. Yes she is I agreed. Everything in my life was perfect until the next moment.
We heard crying from down stairs and both Jacob and Dad got up. “I’ll bring him up.” Jake told me. I sat there for a minute and he didn’t come back up. The crying had stopped and there was know noise in the whole house. I didn’t want to say anything just incase he was coming back up so I waited a bit longer. When he didn’t come up in five minute I knew something was wrong. I got up and walked down the stairs with Chloe in my arms. That’s when I saw them.
