"Alice. So good to see you." A little old woman spoke, greeting us at the door. "It's been too long. And you haven't changes a bit." "Oh, you know. Make up does wonders." She smiled, patting her clear cheek. "This is my friend, Bella." She introduced me. "Bella, this is Nancy Lugo." "It's Brandon now, I re-took my maiden name." she stated, and I realised who this woman was. She was a relative of Alice. "Oh, and Henry?" she asked, concerned. "Passed close to Christmas three years ago." The old woman lowered her head. "I'm so sorry." I stated, sneaking a look at Alice.

"Please, please, come in." She insisted. "What do I owe this honour?" "Bella, why don't you get her out of the car." Alice told me, and I slowly walked to the car. It was very clear that Nancy didn't know what we were. I took Chloe out of her seat, before joining Alice and her relative inside. "Oh, how beautiful. Is she yours Alice?" "She's a friend of mines, who sadly just has been admitted into hospital in Texas. Bella and I would look after her, but working in the fashion industry means a lot of travel and we can't always be here for her. I asked her mother if I could leave her with a very close friend of mine."

"You want me to look after for you?" she asked, and I just let Alice talk. She knew what to say. "IT would only be for a week." I quickly jumped in. "We're both going to Italy for a show. Alice is having two beautiful lines being sold to a major company over there." "Oh how wonderful!" Nancy clapped. "Of course I can look after her for you. I've always wanted to travel the world, see everything. But my short life has left me here." I sighed. "It gets pretty tiring. Always moving." Alice stated, and the statement couldn't be any truer.

"Do you mind if I put her down? She didn't sleep much on the trip over." "Of course," she insisted, and Alice looked at me. "Second door on the right." She whispered lowly and quickly, too fast for any human to understand. I stood, and followed her instructions. Opening the door, I looked around the room. There was hand drawings scribbled on the white walls, some on papers stuck over others. I wasn't quite sure about leaving my grand-daughter in here. It didn't seem safe. Holding the already sleeping baby closer to my body, I inspected the sheets. Most were of a man, with light shaded hair. He looked familiar. Walking around the room, it was if they all told a story. This man, he was a hunter. A killer. There was soft breeze. "What is this Alice?" I asked her. She never responded so I turned around to face her. "I didn't think they would be up." "You know these?" "I drew these." She clarified.

"Nancy is my niece, the only daughter of my sister. It's who she got the house off, and my sister got it off our father once he passed." It quickly made scene. We were in Alice's childhood bedroom.
"Here." She simply stated, and I saw she had brought in the portable cot from the car. I placed Chloe down, before looking at Alice. "The man-" "my father." She stated, and I was surprised. "There are a few others, but mostly my father."
