The next morning, I put on my uniform and head down to the common room, where Draco is waiting for me. "Let's go get some breakfast," He says. "Okay," I respond, wanting to get away from all these Slytherins. They all saw me start crying after being sorted into their house, and they probably hate me.
I sit with Draco at breakfast, and look at my schedule. It's as follows.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Transfiguration: 8 a.m.
Potions: 10 a.m.
History of Magic: 12 p.m.
Lunch: 1 p.m.
Charms: 2 p.m.

So after breakfast, I attempt to find the transfiguration room. I'm about to be late, and I can't find it. Then I see the only other people in the hallway. Twins. Tall and lanky with red hair, they're actually quite handsome. They get closer to me, like they want to help, but then they see my Slytherin robes and walk on the other side of the hall.
"Wait! Please! I need help getting to transfiguration!" I say. They turn around and walk toward me. They each loop an arm through mine, lift me up, and carry me down the hallway. "Well there ickle firstie, you nearly made it. Minnie's room is the next floor up. Although you're already late, and she doesn't like tardies," One of them says. "Great," I reply.
They carry me up to the transfiguration room, where they wish me luck and leave. I walk into the room to see that class has begun. "Miss Black, why exactly are you late to my class?" Professor McGonagall asks sternly. I turn on what my father calls "the Black charm."
"I'm terribly sorry Professor. I got completely lost until a set of twins helped me find my way. If it weren't for them, I'd still be wandering around the school," I say. "Very well, just don't let it happen again," McGonagall replies. "Of course it won't Professor," I assure her.
The only seat left is by Ginny Weasley. Lucky me. "Oh look! It's the death eater's child!" She says, loud enough for the other Gryffindors to hear, but not McGonagall. They all try to hide their snickers. "Killed any muggles lately?" Another says.
"Shut up!" I say, trying to take notes. "It's a shame Harry has to deal with the likes of you at home. I'm surprised his eyes haven't melted out of his head yet," Ginny taunts.
"Stop," I tell them. "Oh look! She's a Black through and through! Trying to command us!" She says.
McGonagall turns from the board to face us. "Who keeps talking?" She asks sternly. "Annabella! I'm just trying to take notes and she won't leave me alone!" Ginny says. "Five points from Slytherin," McGonagall replies before turning back to the board. Ginny looks at me with an evil grin.
I make sure I'm very early to potions class. I want to see Uncle Sev before everybody gets there. I walk into the potions room and see him grading papers. "Uncle Sev!" I say, running up to him and giving him a hug, which he returns. "Hello Anna," He responds. For some reason, Uncle Sev and dad always call me Anna instead of my preferred Bella. Weird.
"How did you manage to lose points already?" He asks. "Ginny Weasley was teasing me about dad and then told McGonagall I was talking. She hates me because she says dad is a death eater," I say. "Appearances don't change the person within," Uncle Sev says.
I take a seat at the front of the class. Unfortunately, we also have this class with the Gryffindors. And who takes a seat beside me? Ginny Weasley.
"Bet you like this room, right Black? It's cold and dark, just like your name sakes heart!" She says. That's all I can take about my family. I slap her really hard. Then I sit back down.
Uncle Sev walks out of the storage closet he was in, and Ginny raises her hand. "Yes Weasley?" He asks. "Black slapped me!" She says. "Why?" He asks her. "I don't know Professor! She just attacked me!" She replies. The rest of the Slytherins shout that it isn't true.
"I doubt Mrs. Black would attack somebody for no reason," Uncle Sev says. "And what do you know about her?" Ginny asks. "Everything Weasley. Care to test my knowledge of my niece?" He asks again. The room goes deathly silent, and I try not to laugh.
Uncle Sev and I aren't really related of course, but that's what we tell everyone. We look alike, and my family is close with him, so why not?
"Five points from Gryffindor for lying," Uncle Sev adds. Perfect.
