"Okay come on!" I said grabbing Ashton and Calum's arms. It was too quiet, and no one was really doing anything. They all ate quite fast and Zoe had zoned out until Michael tried to steal her cherry. It's not my fault she spent all her time staring off into space instead of eating her milkshake. I'd finished mine and everyone else was just sitting there.

We went back to Michael and Ashton's room and played video games. I was not a video game person, and it was soon proven to be obvious to the point of Calum having to show me the buttons and how they worked. Eventually we got bored and I went back to mine and Zoe's room. It was already a mess - shocking I know.

I decided to take a shower and a quick nap before we had sound check. I grabbed my stuff and headed to the lobby, more to find Lobster, but I found Calum and Luke instead.

"You want to ride with us?" Luke asked as Ashton appeared with his duffel bag strap against his forehead. I shrugged and thought maybe I should find Zoe, but she'd find her way to the venue eventually.

We all got into this big black car and I wondered where Michael was. "Oh he's in our room playing video games with Zoe." Ashton said as he propped his legs up on Calum's lap. "I think he likes her a little bit." I laughed and scrunched up my nose.

"Well he's got little to no chance." I said honestly, "Zoe isn't one to date guys she works with, not to mention that she's only just met him." Ashton shrugged and we rode the rest of the car ride in silence. It wasn't awkward or uncomfortable though. Everyone was just occupied by their own thing. Luke was staring out the window looking at everything, and Ashton was giving an update to their fans. Calum joined in every now and then, but mostly he played with his phone. I was still feeling the effects of my nap and I was focusing on not falling asleep on Calum as he was the one sitting next to me.

It wasn't that far of a drive, so we had arrived in a little under fifteen minutes. The place was huge, and fans were already waiting outside the doors. We went in the back to avoid being mobbed. Inside seemed to be so much bigger, and I was starting to get nervous. We'd never played to that many people before.

"Holy shit!" Jonas shouted as he walked out onto the stage. The empty venue echoed and he laughed stupidly. "This place is huge!" I sighed and shoved him lightly.

"I know...." I tried not to make it sound like I was nervous, but my voice betrayed me. Jonas put his arm around my shoulders and he squeezed me to his side.

"It's gonna be so fun." He said, trying to reassure me, "besides, you'll be in the back. No one can see you." Usually I would have taken offense, but honestly it made me feel a bit better. I laughed and feigned offense as a group walked out onto the stage.

"Hello!" One of them said nicely. She had red hair, not like mine. Like, dyed red hair. It looked really cool. "We're Hey Violet. The other support group." I smiled and nodded.

"We're from Downtown Idea." I said gesturing to Jonas and myself. "I'm Reese, this is my brother Jonas."

"Drums and guitar right?" She asked. I nodded and she produced a pair of drumsticks, "I'm Nia. Also drums. That's my sister Rena on bass, Miranda on keyboards and that's Casey on guitar." She pointed to all her bandmates and I nodded. She was nice, which was more than I had expected.

"We've got to rehearse." Casey said as he strapped on his guitar. Nia nodded and got behind the drum kit. Jonas and I left them alone to practice. We were practicing after them.

Our set sucked. A lot. Hey Violet was amazing! They were already hard to follow up as it was, but by the time we went on the fans were ready to see 5sos. They didn't want to see us.
