Be There For You

A/N

For those of you who hate Calypso. Enjoy!

You and Calypso were on bad terms. Ever since Leo came back with her, you hated her.

Why? Because you still had a huge crush on him and she was annoying. She would give you an ice cold glare whenever you would talk to him or even be near him.

She'd push you around and make fun of you since you weren't as "beautiful" as she was.

But that didn't effect you. What really bothered you, is that Leo never saw this side of her.

Whenever he was around, she was all nice and sweet. And whenever you'd try to tell him about her, Calypso would pull him away somewhere over the rainbow.

But one day, she was not having it.

You were just walking in the forest when you felt somebody push you. You rolled down a hill and crashed into a log.

You groaned and looked up. You saw Calypso walking down the hill, trying hard not to get dirty. You threw a dirt clump at her and she yelped.

You smirked and she glared at you.

"I am done with you! Why can't you get the idea that Leo doesn't love you back?" You sat up and shrugged.

"Maybe cause he does love me?" Calypso's hands balled into fists as she talked through gritted teeth.

"No, he doesn't. He loves me and only me. He never even liked you so you should just give up now." You, trying to annoy her as much as possible, asked, "How did you even get into camp? You're completely mortal."

Calypso got really ticked off and yelled, "Stop avoiding my statements! Just stay away from Leo or else!"

You raised an eyebrow and said, "Or else what? You gonna throw fruit at me?"

"Yes. But also, I'll make sure you don't live to see the light of day." You snorted and stood. You took out your dagger and said, "Come at me, princess."

Calypso then startled you. She took out a sword and swung at you. She didn't hit you, but she knocked your dagger out of your hand.

She then kicked you in the stomach and you tumbled down the hill even more. She threw the sword aside and went down towards you.

She bent over your scratched body and turned you over. She looked at your face and slapped you.

That pissed you off. You looked at her and punched her in the nose. She screamed and held her nose, "You broke it, you stupid wretch!"

You saw blood seep from her hands and you smiled, satisfied.

You suddenly heard a twig snap followed by Leo running into the clearing. "What's going on?" Calypso gave you a glare and then looked at Leo.

She faked tears as she said, "Leo! Y/n punched me in the nose and she broke it!"

Leo looked at her nose and then you. 

Calypso went on. "I was just going to hang out with her but she punched me!"

Leo walked towards you and looked at your cheek. 

There was a red, hand shaped spot from where Calypso smacked you. "And what's this?" Calypso looked and her face paled. "Oh, that was on accident. I saw a huge bug on her face."

Leo looked at you, his face filled with concern. His expression softened when he looked at your eyes.

He turned to Calypso and said, "Calypso, you slapped y/n didn't you?"

She gasped and said, "I would never! Anyway, wanna carry me to the Apollo cabin?" Leo's stare turned into a glare as he said, "You can walk."

Calypso shrugged and said, "Okay. Let's go, then." Leo stayed in front of you.

Calypso nervously laughed and said, "Leo, lets go." Leo said, "You can go by yourself."

Her eyes widened as she said, " F-fine then. But, I'm gonna take a ride on Festus later. You should come along. We can both go on a romantic date to Italy or something. Who needs this camp anyway?"

That's what set Leo off.

"Yeah, join you. Right. Until you get bored of me and turn me into a one of your ex boyfriends? Lady, nobody messes with y/n and gets away with it. I can't believe I thought you were hot."

(Anybody know where that quote came from? :D)

Calypso's eyes widened as she tried to speak. Leo went on. "I was watching you the whole time. I saw you punch and kick y/n. I saw you slap her."

Calypso just said, "She was in the way of our relationship! She's in the way right now!"

Leo walked up to her and said, "We're done." 

Calypso took her hands away from her nose and crossed her arms. "You think you can just dump me like that? I'm an immortal goddess-"

"No, you aren't. You're a mortal."

Before Calypso could go on, Leo said, "Go to the Apollo cabin. Then, leave." She balled her fists and said, "Fine! Who needs you?! You're just a stupid boy who killed his own mother!"

She turned to stomp away but you had other plans.

You turned her and punched her again. She fell to the floor, groaning in pain.

You walked back to Leo and saw his expression. It was full of hate and sadness.

You hugged him and said, "It wasn't your fault.." You felt him hug you back, tight, and lift up your chin. He leaned in and kissed you. You closed your eyes, allowing tears to run down your cheeks.

At that moment, Leo knew that you would always be there for him. And that he would always be there for you.
