A dream.
That's all he was and ever would be. It made you cry and contemplate whether or not he'd ever actually exist and find you.
You had gone to sleep, done with day dreaming of him and tired. You fell asleep and you weren't aware of it. You thought your dream was reality, but it wasn't. You and him had had many memories together. You guys were perfect for each other.
You guys had weird, awkward moments while others were just plain weird.
Some were funny, sad, happy, and frustrating. Some were depressing. You must have been asleep for a while to have that long of a dream.
In the end, you guys started to kiss for the first time.
You felt an odd emotion, something you never felt before. Then you sat up.
You realized that that whole scene was just a dream all of it. He would never exist. He would never be there to love you or be there for you.
He wouldn't be there to be the dork in your life.
He'd just disappeared from your life, just like that. Not only did he leave you, he left behind a big empty feeling. A space only certain people could fill.
And those people would never fill it up.
Because it was all a dream.
