Chapter 35

Katniss PoV :
Me and Peeta are called into Sargent Boggs office we walk in "sir you needed to speak to us " "yes we have a new person on base and it's your job to make sure they are trained and ready to fight as they are going on front line next week " "who is it ?" "Guys I would like you to meet delly cartright " why the hell does she even bother I hate her with that I say "hi Delly" I walk out and slam the door I sit outside and listen to there conversation
"Whats her problem"delly says "delly you know what her problem is "Peeta says "I'll give you a minute he walks out I sit there then suddenly Peeta shout "what her problem how dare you delly you know we don't like you then you come here " "why don't you like me ?" "Do you want a reminder firstly you put Katniss in a coma then you try split us up with a fake pregnancy now you fucking come here and ask what her problem is "Peeta shouts he walks out and comes to sit next to me but before he can explain I hag him he put a hand on my 7 month old baby bump and say "lets go back to our room I'll make you something to eat " we stand up and start walking away when delly runs out of Boggs office runs upto me and hugs me with tears in her eyes "Katniss you need to stay away from him he's dangerous "she says at this point I have no idea what she talking about "delly you are so full of it just leave us alone " "he hit me when you and Boggs left the office "she says with tears which I can tell are fake "delly let me tell you some information 1 I could her the whole conversation 2 I could see you both the whole time and 3 your little fake he hurt me act might actually have worked better if 1 I didn't already know the truth and 2 if your tears weren't fake crocodile tears so let me give you some advice squeeze those eyes abit harder and some tears might actually come out and leave us alone before I hurt you "I shout me and Peeta walk back to our room hand in hand and delly just stand there shocked

After dinner Boggs set up a time for Peeta to teach delly some fighting I would do but you know being 7 months pregnant probably wouldn't be the best idea so I'm going to watch the only thing I'm going to show her is archery that's if she even can hit the target

Me and Peeta walk to the training room where delly is waiting for us I decide that I want to get archery over and done with so we walk over to the training section where I show her how to hold the bow and how to aim as I can't really do a demonstration cause the bump gets in the way so I show her and watch to see how she's doing miss after miss I begin to get annoyed I walk over to the platform where delly is grab the bow and arrow and shoot at every singer target hitting the middle every time despite being pregnant and having less movement than delly she storms of after that over do the sword area where Peeta will show her what to do so I sit on the bench and watch
I hour goes by and it's finally time to go home at least now we have shown her what to do we only have to watch
I grab a glass of water and go to bed Peeta joins me in less than 10 minutes he puts his arm around me and I fall asleep feeling safe in Peeta's arms God only knows what the next days will bring
