Katniss PoV :
We are at chimichangas we have just finished eating we are now just making small conversation whilst finishing out drinks suddenly Annie say "should we tell them "he nods in reply Finnick grabs Annie's hand and they both say at the same time "where expecting a baby " I look and Peeta in shock and he just smiles "congratulations the pair of you" Peeta says whilst I'm still trying to process what just happened "umm Katniss are you ok " Peeta says "yes just abit shocked that's all " I reply "when are you due" I ask Peeta seems shocked by the sudden question "September 11 " Annie squeals excitedly
I look at Peeta talking to Finnick congratulating him I can't help but feel jealous I mean I've never been one for having children but now my friend is pregnant I can't help the feeling that I do want kids in the future I know for a fact that Peeta loves children just last year his older brother rye had a baby girl and Peeta was all over her like a kid in a pet shop
I really love Peeta and if I was ever going to settle down with someone it would be him I slowly walk upto Peeta and put my arms around his waist whilst he's talking to Finnick " have you thought of any names yet "Peeta asks with a huge smile planted across his face which I can't help but smile at the sight of "yes Finn odair " Finnick says and Annie just smiles "can you 2 be the god parents " I look at Peeta and smile at Annie "I would be delighted to Annie " I say
"Yes I would love to Annie Peeta says chirpily
